Appointment making was efficient and I was updated on the appointment via text in the week prior to…read morethe appointment. Check in was professional with a few forms to fill out for 2025. Called back for my appointment on time and the initial eye tests were done by an assistant to get my file updated and ready for the doctor. Assistant explained everything clearly as we proceeded and then left me in a room to wait for the doctor. Within minutes Dr. Maryam Ali came in and did my exam. She is very professional and personable. She answered my questions and I never felt rushed. In the end she was honest and told me that my eyes have not changed enough since my last check up to require a new prescription or new frames...unless I wanted them. I enjoyed my years with Dr. Burrows, but I am looking forward to my future appointments with Dr. Ali.

I have been wearing…read more"readers" for a number of years now and felt like I needed something more substantial, something that I would be able to wear more regularly. I read up on their reviews from other sites and through word of mouth and decided to book an appointment. I am very glad that I did! All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating - welcoming me as a came in and throughout the entire examination and fitting. The optical evaluation staff were supportive, listened to my experiences in sight, and took the time to complete things effectively and thoroughly. They engaged in not only "shop talk" about my vision but also "small talk" to make me feel at ease and get to know me. This was much appreciated. After the evaluation was completed, I only had to wait a few minutes for the results to be shared. Once that was done and the doctor recommended what prescription I needed and the type of glasses that would be best, I went over to their fitting and selection side of the office. The woman that helped me was very professional and nice as well. She had me take a look at the many types of frames they had and pick out some that hit the style I liked. Then she grabbed a few more that were similar and had me try on about four or five different ones to let me decide which were the ones I wanted. From there, we talked about lens. I chose to go with the transition lens (which, I have to say have taken some time to get used to; but it'll come). They placed the order and came within that time window they said. Got them picked up, fitted a bit, and was on my way. They seemed to get a wee bit loose after a few weeks and I was easily able to swing by and get a free adjustment. Now they fit great. They also are very easy to work with when it comes to insurance (which isn't always the case with doctors' offices). My only wish for them is that they were open a bit on Saturdays. For me, it's hard to get there from work on weekdays and had to wait for a day off to visit. Other than that, all was great and I highly recommend them.

My bifocals are even different from each other. Complex prescriptions take time for the doctor and patient to work together. I talked with this doctor very little. I prefer one who will take the time to talk, most important, listen.

Next samples still not good. 3rd time a charm they were great .. contacted office to find out how much, Indigo quoted $65.00 for 30 day supply. What??? Asked to speak to Dr. to discuss, they refused said I could only talk to her. Finally Dr. returned my call and clarified everything. Ordered 2 boxes @ $67.00 each, picked up along with RX. Look at Rx when I got home, doesn't match what they sold me. Called again, refused again to let me talk or leave message for Dr. until I lost my temper and advised Indigo she is incompetent. So bottom line DONT GO TO KEllY EYE CLINIC if you don't want to deal with incompetence on steroids and don't want to be ripped off. After all this, they send me the corrected Rx and a letter saying they won't be my Dr. anymore. Darn! Liked I would go back. Costco sells the same products for half the cost. I'll be getting my eyes checked there too.
