I'm so greatful for Ron on his expert advice, his work Ethic and Professionalism. He handled this case very well. He went ABOVE & BEYOND more than any Attorney I've hired. (Here and Texas) Words can't describe how happy I am to have him represent me. I'll be forever thankful to him for helping me so I'm able to see my Son. Time to start Memories with my little guy.

I should have guess based on the attempt to contact the Law Office of Ronald Justin would have been…read morethe indicator of the experience that was to unfold. Once contact was finally established, and prior to hiring Ronald, he reviewed my family law case to evaluate if he had the capacity. He accepted the case, stating his plan and what could be done. All documentation was provided to him, evidence, timelines, organized and complete. That was a year ago, and there has been little no no movement on his part. I should not have to send certified mail to get an update, or a return phone call after weeks of reaching out and being met with silence, or complete disregard for my inquiries. Furthermore, as other reviews have advised, he used the excuse of a paralegal he was considering terminating because they were the cause of the ball being dropped on numerous occasions. His failure to be diligent and communicative allowed mistakes to occur in the court room, and allowing orders to go through against my wishes, because "he didn't see the email", and again blamed another party for that error. After three weeks of sending emails for updates on my case, and items he claimed more than once would be filed "soon", unreturned phone calls, and a court date he not only did not show up to, but did not communicate he would not be present for, and had another associate who I had never met, nor had any insight on my case, fill in. I issued a deadline for his response, to where I received an after hours phone call informing me he would be withdrawing from the case after, three weeks of silence. The withdraw is not the issue, as that was the plan with the expectation that his false promises of delivery wouldn't be met, further neglecting my case. It's the lack of professionalism and the lack of accountability for his consistent failure to provide legal counsel. This will result in filing a complaint with the bar, and an investigation to ensue. I would not recommend this office for anything that requires court appearances, time and accurate communication, or if the lives of your children and yourself are dependent on his performance.

Full disclosure: I can't speak to the legal qualifications of Fabbrini, the person fielding calls…read moresufficiently unprofessional as to end the whole matter right there. I called in response to a mailing from them soliciting business on a p.i. case. Phone guy sounded unschooled, disinterested, not particularly bright and not at all on the ball. Perhaps things would have improved considerably beyond this lackluster gatekeeper but he instilled neither confidence in the firm's ability nor interest in further exploration. Hard no on this one.

Recently, I was getting ready to hit the Panic button. Maybe you know the feeling, your court date…read moreis nearing and you still do not have anyone to represent your side of the story. The worst thing to do would be to head to court without counsel. I started receiving lots of those postcards in the mail. However, the Fabbrini Law Group's direct mailing was professional, well-polished, concise and comforting. So, I gave them a call and spilled the beans. We discussed my matter, and the related fees necessary for representation. I asked if I could call a few more places, and get back afterwards. At no point, did Fabbrini grumble or try to persuade me to remain on the call, they just said call us back when you are ready. So, I contacted other firms, and did not like what I was hearing. Some wanted to drag me into their offices to have a fireside chat or whatever. However, as I work fulltime, I do not have any free time for that. When the court date arrived, so did I and after meeting w/my counsel, my matter was resolved quickly and efficiently. So, who you gonna call? Some jamoke who may not know the key players, or someone who's onsite every day, dealing w/the Machine? My vote is for Fabbrini Law Group. You won't regret it!

Don't use this firm, they are thiefs who know how to manipulate the system to fill their pockets and take advantage of their clients. These other reviews must be bogus and written by friends and family. Buyer beware!! I have a new attorney now and used superlawyers.com to find a more aggressive and skilled practice. I found their team to be unprofessional and lacking the courtesy and communication one would expect from a legal service provider. Professionalism and compassion are critical in this field--and sadly, both seemed to be in short supply here.

Also worth noting that I followed up five months following that to confirm it was done, he said it should still happen because of the pandemic it was taking a while. He did zero-research and he was wrong. Now I have to pay for his mistakes. Tom does not like questions as it requires him to respond in a timely manner which his it appears he is lacking communication skills. Unless it is going to make him a substantial amount of money he doesn't want to respond and don't expect details--five word answers all day long. He will be your registered agent, but made it feel I was wasting his time. When I told him I used my other real estate attorney because I HAD TO SWITCH, he tells me "I am glad you found someone that would work for $200 a year". Funny thing is he works for $110/year so he must want the business...? The goal was to align with a young professional to build a long-term working relationship with. Lesson-learned, you are better-off with experience and if you feel something is off in the beginning--act on that feeling, trust your gut.
