When I bought my first house with my husband back in 2011, we switched to a multi-policy for Home and (3 vehicle) Auto Insurance. When we became out-of-state landlords in 2013, she helped us through the tiny changes required when switching to a dwelling-only policy. And for the one car accident we were involved with years ago, she also counseled us through this hellish process too! Through it all... seamless transactions, thorough documentation, and the utmost willingness to educate me along the way. And may I even be unprofessional here and say prompt AF!? I thought I was fast!! But here's the thing, Dana's service didn't stop with my Missouri policies. While she couldn't insure my Renter's Insurance policies in the other states I've lived, she absolutely still held my hand when I ran into issues with other insurance agencies in CO, NY, and CA. Sometimes all it takes to solve a problem is a bit of guided expertise! And for 8+ years while living on the road, that's what she did! So you better believe when we made the abrupt decision to move home to Lake Saint Louis, Dana was our first call to discuss our new Home Insurance policy. And even after we closed, we had to make a quick change to expand coverage into an Auto policy within our first week, and what a breeze!! I just can't say enough!

Their…read moreservice has always been just ok, nothing spectacular, but nothing to remind me to shop around until recently. Last week I couldn't find my car insurance card and called to ask for a copy to be sent to me. At that time I was informed that our entire insurance policy had lapsed: cars, home, RV, jewelry, umbrella. They informed me they left a message for us the night before, which was after the policies lapsed. I was shocked, it turns out our mortgage company had a computer glitch of some kind and the payment was stuck and never sent. When I asked how did we not know about this before it lapsed? Russ Siebert's employee Lisa informed us: "that they do not monitor billing, 'they did nothing wrong' and it isn't their responsibility." We had to pay $3800 on the spot to reinstate our insurance and then try and figure out what happened, again Russ Siebert in no way provided assistance or even an apology that this was happening. It was some of the worst customer service I have ever received and Lisa informed me she had been there 30 years. After making numerous phone calls on my end it turns out Secura who holds the insurance sent at least one letter a month ago to Russ Siebert's office letting them know the payment hadn't been received and that the insurance would lapse if they didn't receive payment. Again, Russ Siebert is not even acknowledging they could have been aware of this. While I understand the mortgage company is at fault as well, Russ Siebert was in the position to alert their customer. What if my house had burned down or one of my kids had gotten into a car accident? We had no idea we had no insurance coverage until WE called. They left one message the night before - they should have done everything in their power to make sure we got the message. They are completely negligent and I am already working to get family members out from underneath their services as well.

Our lender had…read moreprovided us quotes from their in house insurance "seeker" but we decided to to go with State Farm. We cancelled our Geiko auto insurance because part of what would keep our rates low was to bundle our insurance policies. After agreeing, we were told that we had to get a signature of the person who installed the HVAC system years ago of the home that we hadn't purchased. We needed his work id number and his signature! How ludicrous a request. We asked the sellers for this info and they gave us the company name. Needless to say we didn't get that discount. After being given our quote, I scheduled our auto insurance payment to be paid directly from our bank each month. Because State Farm input the incorrect address of our new home into their system, they had given us an incorrect quote so the cost was even higher. After about three months into our policy agreement, State Farm kicked us off of our Auto insurance not because we had any claims filed against us but because of THEIR error in quoting a price, we had come up short for a grand total of .... wait for it... $42!! Not wanting to be without coverage, we immediately paid the the $42 and adjusted our monthly payment by $14. I am currently looking to switch homeowners and auto because I haven't found them to be anything close to a good neighbor!!

Thought I was done with these guys? Nope…read more Early August, I receive a letter from Commerce Bank, my lender for my auto loan. It says they have no record of me having insurance for the month that I had the most trouble with State Farm. So I go to their website, fill out a form and am told Commerce will contact State Farm for verification. Sounds good. I've actually done this before. Flash foward to August 25th. I get a second letter from Commerce saying that they weren't provided accurate insurance information. So they want me to pay the insurance cost they feel they deserve for that period of time. It's $125. So I call. No surprise: Commerce called Scott Holdridge's office on August 12th. Scott Holdridge's office was not comfortable sharing that information over the phone. Who knows why. So they say they'll fax over the information. THEY NEVER FAXED THE INFORMATION OVER. So now I'm stuck calling in again tomorrow, hoping Commerce can actually reach someone at State Farm and then clear this up. In the meantime, I'm being threatened with action for something I took care of 100%. Maybe someone could have read my previous reviews and said "Hey, who knows, maybe Tony was a jerk and that's part of the problem". Now I have nice people at Commerce having the same exact problem with this office. Amazing. I predicted they'd find some way to screw with me again and here we are. Am I ever going to be done with these people? The ineptitude is staggering.

I only had about 3/4 of his windshield in view because again, he was driving so close to me. To this young man, i apologize if following the law and driving at the 30mph speed limit was making you late to work or something, but it's no excuse for the dangerous way you were driving or the way you yelled and screamed until you were red in the face because i wouldn't speed up. I couldn't get a great look at your face because you were driving with your elbows while flipping me off with both hands. But Overland is a small community. Lackland is a popular road. And I've seen your car parked outside this establishment every time I've driven by, so i can only assume you acted in such a way to get there quickly. Hopefully you learn to control your anger and your road rage because you not only put yourself in danger, but you endangered me and my toddler by driving the way that you did. Not to mention the other people on the road when you proceeded to run the red to turn onto Lackland. Grow up.
