And then when they finished, I took these photos to show the ownership the straps weren't even connected, and most of them were broken at that. To no surprise, one of the tents collapsed the day before our event during storms. They did not have parts or a replacement tent. Still charged is for both tents, and blamed us for the storm bringing the one down. Will go out of my way to keep people from dealing with these people. No way these reviews are real. When I called the store, the woman answering was very nice, pulled up my quote and educated me on the process. My hubby and I visited the week of. Unfortunately his SUV wasn't large enough to transport the tables and they didn't have delivery available. We borrowed a friend's truck to pick up the items. A mishap occurred when they gave us the wrong chairs which we were able to quickly exchange. The employees were very apologetic and recognized their mistake. My deposit was returned within a week. BTW, Their wedding decor for rent is really unique. Not that I will need that but fellow Yelpers, keep them in mind for your upcoming nuptials!

I called a few party tent rental places and got quotes that were so expensive we had almost decided against it - and then I called Rent a Tent. On the Wednesday before graduation parties and my reunion started on THURSDAY. (Yes, one day notice). Carl answered the phone immediately, gave me an on-the-spot quote that was so reasonable!!!, invoiced me that day and were on the scene at 8 AM Thursday morning for set-up. Such great communication! We prefer to support family businesses like Carl's, and we could not have been more pleased with the result.
