Advised to come back the next day, and they would make it right. Had to have someone else pick up and deliver to the wedding venue over an hour away. Once again, we had miss matched colors. As seen in the picture attached, one of the four head tables did not match. Seriously, the main focal point of the room for the first two hours looked like crap! Luckily, we could hide the other 5 tables that didn't match in the summer lighted areas. Returned all today, and Jim wasn't around. Person who i spoke with didn't seem like it was a concern. PAY A LITTLE EXTRA AND GO WITH THE PROFESIONALS.

It was uncharted territory for us, as we had never had to plan a wedding nor an outdoor reception (booooo to COVID-19).... We called multiple places. Grand Rental Station was super fast to respond, very flashy and showy....but very, very pricey. JCM was very detailed and thoughtful in their response, and, based on pricing, we chose JCM and it was the very best decision we made for planning the reception. They came to set up the 40 x 60 tent a few days before the party and, wow, do those guys work hard. They have it down to a very well organized system. And that tent was huge...and very, very clean, white. Pristine! And super-sturdy. The reception ended up being a very windy day and those poles did not budge. In fact, our Caterer (who I assume has seen many parties in many tents) commented, "This tent is amazing. What company was this? These poles---I've never seen poles this strong and sturdy at any of the parties we've catered!" The chairs were white and clean. The tables were fine. The bistro lights looked fabulous. Everyone in the neighborhood walking by commented on how nice and sturdy and clean and well built it was. All the superlatives to this company. Well done, JCM! Highly recommend!

My so called "linens" were severely wrinkled with large creases and looked absolutely terrible for my wedding. I cannot even believe this guy is still in business. Firstly, the linens they gave us are not linens because if they were, they would lay perfectly with no wrinkles or creases. The "linens" that were given to us were folded in Saran platic wrap(not hung up like they should be) and with severe creases. My venue called & I called the owner. The owner said," There is nothing I can do about it. We've been doing this for 30 years and we have never had a complaint." He's a liar and a con-artist. He wouldn't even send anyone out to iron the wrinkles/creases. It wouldve taken a whole day to iron the amount of table cloths we got. Thank God we had enough on our tables to hide some of the creases. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, unless you want trashed Polyester junk with creases & wrinkles.

(We set up ourselves) I picked up my order at their warehouse and was blown away at how much they they had! All sizes of tables, chairs, linens and glasses. Everything was clean, organized and well maintained. I haves up my truck and the warehouse staff helped load my truck and double checked that I had everything I needed. Not only did they give me written instructions for assembling the tent but they talked me through it and pointed out the most important steps. They even gave me their phone number and told me to call with any questions. The event went well, thanks in part to Grand Rental Station. I found out that they also have popcorn machines, fans, lighting, silverware, snowcone makers, coffee makers. There's no need to go anywhere else. I can't wait to have another party!

Gretchen, our contact at Premier, was very responsive to our requests, questions and changes when our guest list ended up increasing. When I researched similar rental companies the prices were all very comparable. At the last minute we actually ran into trouble with the fire marshal wanting to inspect the tent so we ended up canceling the tent. Luckily, we had clear skies and great weather! We also had a bit of confusion on what day the items were being delivered (we changed it on them a few times) so the order showed up a day early but all was well. In the end the tables, chairs and glasses were quality and we couldn't have done the event without them. I would recommend them to other couples.

After I had selected the tent size I was told to pick out the chairs. The receptionist showed me the entire selection of chairs and asked me to pick the one I wanted. After I chose, I was told that there were only two chairs that could be used for an outdoor party. That would have been nice to know before I looked at all of them. I was ready to sign a contract with Ed until he and his staff told me, in between numerous interruptions, that they were busy and that I wasn't their first wedding. Why would a business owner, who provides a service that numerous other companies in the area offer, go out of his way to tell me that I was not important because he's done this thousands of times? Weinhardt does NOT need your business- the owner makes that very clear when you talk to him. Save yourself from being insulted and choose ANYONE else.
