Infertility is an emotional condition to experience and instead of being treated with patience and compassion, the business manager, Mary-Kay, was rude and impatient. She kept interrupting me and was dismissive of what my concerns. I love the doctors, but am so disappointed by the way the staff has treated me, I am looking to go to another specialist. Infertility is already a difficult condition to experience, doctors and staff should be caring and treat you with respect and be understanding that patients will be emotional. This is a heartbreaking condition to experience and you should be compassionate, not rude or uncaring.

Dr. Witten ran the testing to confirm there was not another issue, and then made sure I was placed with the right Dr. to take care of my endometriosis. After my surgery he made a personal phone call (not his nurse) just to make sure I was doing ok. If we need any further treatment we will definitely return. He could have very easily performed unnecessary test and procedures for the money and did not. I am endometriosis free because his main priority was my health and getting the proper treatment. He is very direct and to the point which can come across harsh if you choose to take it that way. Instead I felt like he was incredibly informative and explained everything thoroughly. You can tell his knowledge is abundant and his experience gives him a lot of great insight. We tell anyone we come across struggling with infertility to go see him.

They were always available and made sure all my appointments would happen timely even during a snow storm. I had a few side effects or late night questions and the night nurse team always got back to me before the time of my shots so I was confident every evening and morning on what I needed to do. There was some time when I felt I wasn't getting responsiveness from the billing department that was causing a lot of unneeded stress for me but Dr. Rhee and Andrea personally got ahold of me and followed through until my concerns were resolved.

Most of their providers was listed as covered providers. This was recommended by Kind body. I also checked their website and saw Humana listed. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and use their portal. There was great information and resources. I followed all directions including filling out pages upon pages of my personal information and inviting my husband to create his portal login. I was looking forward to this appointment. Day of the appointment- I received a call from their number but due to a work meeting, I could not answer. I called back within 15 mins. The front desk person didn't know why someone would call. She checked with the provider and they figured it was the benefits person calling to verify. She said it would probably be covered at my afternoon appointment, but they may call back. About an hour before my appointment, I logged into the portal and see an message from Tempis, "...I am an Insurance Coordinator with Kindbody. I am reaching out to you because upon verifying your infertility benefits, I was informed that Kindbody is "out of network" with Tricare we are not contracted. Unfortunately, they expressed that you only have coverage with "in network" providers. Any services rendered at Kindbody will be considered Self Pay, and payment will be due at time of service. The new patient consultation is $300 and that will be collected upon check in." I called in to cancel my appointment and spoke to Sadie. She confirmed I was out of network. I went ahead with cancelling the appointment thinking I most have misread my insurance site. Nope. I verified on Humana that providers were in-network. I called back to question this. Sadie then let me know that they were still in-network, but they have just decided to stop taking Tricare in 2024. I communicated that this should be made clear especially since it is 3 months into the year. This is strange. Especially from a company that touts on the top of this yelp page that they offer a military discount. All in all, my time was wasted.

The whole team is friendly, personable & knowledgeable- the best in the field in my opinion. Ashley is amazing & always there to answer questions. Thank you Dr. Jacob & your team!

Where do I start! If you're looking for a hands on doctor who chooses to be by your side every…read morestep/procedure of the way then look no further! He has the best hands on approach you could ask for. Dr. Jacobs is in a league of his own. I have extensive experience with multiple fertility clinics (military spouse life) and by far his services land way above the rest. If you have the time PLEASE hear my journey, it will be worth it, and you are worth the best, trust me! When I went to my very first fertility clinic, I didn't know much about my infertility issues, let alone IVF. After almost a year of getting no prognosis, infertility reason or solutions I'd had enough. My referring GYN saw me become disheartened and referred me to Dr. Jacob's. She herself had an amazing and successful experience with him and had went on to become a mom of twin boys with his help. I took the offer! From the very beginning I knew I landed in good hands, finally! He presented me with a diagnostic workup that would bypass the frustration of trying to "guess" what's wrong and went straight to "let me find out what's wrong". Within a month or two he identified my cause for infertility: the functionality of one of my fallopian tubes had been compromised in my younger years, so I could only get pregnant with 1 tube. He let us know our options available and allowed us to make our own decisions about the next course of action. My husband and I chose IVF due to my age (39 at the time). Dr. Jacobs is a genius at knowing exactly what to do with your cycle to achieve a pregnancy, on the FIRST try! He has a level of professionalism, intelligence, patience and efficiency that will leave you without any questions about your future, chances and success. He will not sale you hopes and dreams just to make money. He's honest and practical. He tells you what you need to hear not what you wan to hear, rare. Most importantly he does NOT promise you things he cannot deliver.! He'll be the first to tell you your odds, chances and likelihood. He is very humble and more like a family member telling you the truth even if you don't want to hear it. You know you can trust him and that's gold! The entire Staff literally becomes your family and going for visits feels more like visiting family. His office manager Ashley is phenomenal!! We would laugh all the time when I went in, it was such an endearing process with all her positive energy floating around. I really appreciated it! This is SO important as these are the people who have your future family in their hands and who you are spending ALOT of hard earned money with. The entire team treats you delicately and with the greatest care and concern and want to see you win just as much as you, priceless!! Dr. Jacobs tactics were super successful and at 39 I was pregnant with twins and 1 embryo on ice for the future. Unfortunately, our twins came early at 6 months due to incompetent cervix. They were in the NICU for 2 weeks so I was able to actually experience being a mom for the first time in my life and I have Dr. Jacobs to thank for that, even if short. In 2 weeks I will be returning to Dr. Jacobs to start another transfer procedure. I moved to Florida last year (military life) so I'll be flying back and staying at a hotel or friends for the my many appointments ahead. I have been going to a fertility clinic here, in Florida, however, the quality of service is way below what I am accustomed to. I had 2 retrieval cycles with them, the first one getting no eggs at all (WHAT?!?). The second one I just ended (got 20) and am waiting for the final embryo count for day 5 blast (at day 3 there were 6). Me and my husband KNEW we were going to Dr. Jacobs by any means necessary, I don't trust anyone else with my babies! I decided to uproot and have my implantation done with the person who did it first and did it the best, Dr. Jacobs! I would give him 10 stars if I could!

Dr. Silber is really touted as this "expert", especially for "older" patients, but I had no direct contact with him. In my opinion, he seems to be a figure head for the business, but not actually involved in any personal way. I communicated with a coordinator, who placed me on a protocol that wasn't individualized for my situation. I traveled all the way to St. Louis, where I turned up for my first appointment, whereupon my cycle was cancelled unceremoniously. There was no appointment with Dr. Silber, just a speedy blood draw and ultrasound at a hospital, where I was one of a factory line of similarly sad patients. I had spent so much money to get there, booking two weeks at a hotel, expensive flights, costly medication, and thousands of dollars for the cycle, only to be sent home with nothing. But it got worse. I had to see my gynecologist for emergency surgery to aspirate a cyst caused by the medication. (My doctor said she would've warned me against this clinic.) All of this pain and expense could have been avoided had I undergone a baseline ultrasound in my home town beforehand. Zero care. Zero compassion. Please learn from my experiences and avoid.
