It seemed everyone loved the menu options and the portions were surprisingly large and served hot and fresh. This food truck definitely exceeded everyone's expectations and added a fun element to the event and was a great alternative to what normally would have required bringing in and managing food for a large group, Cheesy Dave's took care of everything making it easy with no cleanup for the team hosting the event. I definitely recommend these guys for private events and to give them a try when you see them out and about, 5 stars for customers service and quality...

My biggest concern for the party was not having enough food. I wasn't sure if we would have 70 people or 140 people attend. The owner assured me that they could handle it no matter who showed up. It was so nice not to have to worry about replenishing food throughout the party while more guests continued to arrive (we ended up somewhere around 110). I would use them again for another party and highly recommend them for yours.

You really can't go wrong with any of the menu choices; meatloaf wrap, veggie wrap, adobo wrap...the best is the buffalo chicken wrap with the really flavorful Mac and cheese. First you have to go online phone or computer to place order. Done in about 20 mins. We did it on the phone and it was pretty easy they text when ready. In the world of Covid-19 it's pretty hands off. We ordered 4 things. Cheddar bomb burger, philly cheese steak, tots, and onion rings. Cheddar bomb burger was good. Meat flavorful and lots of oozy cheddar. I would get that again. Philly cheese steak was just meh. Came on a burger bun, and I could not taste the onions and the mushrooms were almost non existent. Meat was ok. Next came the tots. Nice and crunchy and good. Then the onion rings. Not crispy at all. Soggy, and kinda wet. Might have been good hot and maybe fresh out of fryer. About 15 mins after not so much. Willing to give these guys a bit of a break cuz maybe it's an off night. So I would try again. Prices are pretty good. Portion is just okay. Tots ok and onion rings kinda skimpy. Burger decent size. No need for parking and wait staff. We just take it home.

I wanted to share my experience during a recent experience with "Patricia" on the truck because I…read morewas disappointed by how the situation was handled. I ordered a Powerpuff Girls cake ice cream sandwich, but I believe there was a misunderstanding, and I was initially given a Powerpuff on a stick instead. When I realized I had received the wrong item, the employee gave my sister the Powerpuff Girls ice cream sandwich that I had originally ordered as well as a few other items. I then politely tried to return the incorrect item, saying, "I'm sorry, I don't want this one." The employee "Patricia" abruptly snatched the ice cream from my hand and threw it on the ground in front of several other customers. She was obviously angry. I was surprised and taken aback by how the situation was handled. Mistakes happen, and I understand that misunderstandings can occur, but I don't feel that this response was appropriate or respectful. I did not know once a customer is given an ice cream sandwich it cannot be used for another customer. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that future customers have a more positive experience. This event happened on 7/2 at a club event in Northeast Ohio. I will keep that club anonymous because I don't feel like the poor decisions and behavior of the ice cream truck staff reflect how the club staff behave or act ever.
