This shop is so cute and the girls working there are on point. We stopped in without an appointment…read moreand they were able to help us. Every dress is out by color and they give each girl three tags. You place the tag on the dress you want to try on and the girls working there pull it. They have a run way at the back of the store with dressing rooms on one side and parents on the other. The workers help the girls in and out of the dresses and all you have to do is pick the dress. We loved on dress but have to order it in the right size. They will even ship direct to you. I would highly recommend given our experience here.

THEIR "REPAIR" RUINED MY SOFA UPHOLSTERY! DON'T GO HERE!…read more The upholstery on my sofa detaches and is machine washable. I tore it while putting it back on. I asked them sew a similar fabric on the UNDERSIDE to reinforce it and keep it from ripping more. Didn't need to be perfect, I knew the tear itself could not be sewn together but patching and stitching the underside could mitigate the damage. I came to pick it up and BOTH SIDES were covered in a fabric patch that's not even a close match! I was told that there wasn't a way to reinforce it from the underside so they just did both. Even if that were true (it's not), why did no one call me FIRST and tell me the work I requested and paid for wasn't possible? This is a very basic ask of a professional tailor, it's unbelievable they got it so wrong! This patch is so much worse than the original tear. The sofa was custom made in Japan and is a one of a kind piece. Pics of the tear and what they did to it. The pics of the denim repair is an example of what I asked them to do.

Kara was able to fit me in very quickly, but that's the only thing positive about my experience…read more All I needed was to have a dress hemmed, and now my expensive dress is ruined. She cut off the excess material, flipped up about 1/4 inch, and sewed it on a machine, just as you would sew a seam. The stitches are too tight, and the dress no longer falls gracefully to the floor. The bottom of the dress is already turning up, and the dress is truly a disaster. I'm searching for another seamstress to see if it can be repaired, but I seriously doubt it. The event I'm going to is in less than a week, and I'm afraid I won't be able to attend because I won't have a dress. I'm more than disappointed; I'm irate.
