I was greeted and offered coffee and tea immediately upon walking in, and then everything about the massage room was clearly intended to make you as comfortable as possible. A full body massage obviously puts you in a very vulnerable state, but the detailed intake form you fill out ensures that the massage stays within your comfort level and meets your needs appropriately.
