The bride and groom got married on top of a small hill with an amazing view. After the ceremony we went to barn, which has an outdoor bar area. The inside of the barn is decorated so neat and has a comfy romantic vibe. There were snacks, and other drinks inside. I am guessing some of the decorations are standard and the rest the wedding party brought. Dinner was at an outdoor tent across from the barn. The food was delicious! And served family style. I am not sure if the food was catered from a local restaurant or from the venue itself. We had rolls, salad, chicken cordon blue, small steak fillets, asparagus, broccoli, potatoes and Mac n cheese. It was a ton of food. All so good! After dinner we went back to the barn for more drinks, desserts, and dancing. The wedding was on Sept 28th. It was warm where the wedding took place. The walking paths can be uneven but the wedding invite stated wear comfortable shoes, no heels. Some of the paths are steeper but the staff has golf carts for those who need a ride. The bathrooms are clean. There were little touches like bug spray and blankets. Super friendly staff. I am writing from the guests point of view. We had a really good time! We gave her a price range and she made it her mission to stay well under that. I had mentioned a few types of flowers I liked, she told me that they weren't in season and would be more expensive. Instead of just going with those types and charging us more, Ellie found flowers that were in season that were similar to the ones I liked. Everything was perfect on my wedding day. Ellie and her crew showed up before the wedding and put everything together just like we had talked about. Ellie listened to everything they wanted and really understood their vision. She understood their budget and helped them make decisions to fit within their price range. She even picked flowers from her own garden so their bouquets fit that budget. She needed no instruction on their wedding day. She did everything exactly how they asked (or better) and knew when to use her own judgment to make everything beautiful and perfect. Quality was amazing - many of the flowers were still spectacular 2-3 weeks (including the wedding bouquet which spent some time in our refrigerator while they were on their honeymoon) after the wedding date. Since almost all these words are theirs and not mine, I want to add that, the results were spectacular and personal at the same time.
