She is very thorough and applies just the right amount of pressure to release my muscles and improve blood circulation. I come to Tina when I have problems with my neck, shoulders and back due to my office job and overworking the muscles at the gym and she is always able to help me. At the end of the session she is always willing to demonstrate me the right exercises for my neck or back or advise a couple of stretching exercises that I continue doing on the days when I don't see her. Tina is a very skilled therapist passionate about Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda (I believe she studied and worked in India for a few years) and I highly recommend her. She works weekends which is also a plus!

We wont be in ur city tomorrow. VERY disappointing as now searching for a same day massage appt will be a difficult to find. Customer service gets a zero.

Rocky has been working on fixing and maintaining a few issues I have with my back and some old sports injuries. I've tried going to a few other places over the years but keep coming back to Rocky because he simply knows what he's doing and it works. He's very receptive to issues and pain tolerances (deep tissue type massages) and what works for me. As long as Rocky is here, this is who will be getting my business for massages. The space is really nice as well, rooms are clean, quiet and nicely laid out. Nothing over the top, just simple modern and clean. They have a wide offering of specialists on site, of which I am taking advantage of in the new year.

Unfortunately, my last visit was incredibly disappointing from an ambiance perspective. A neighbouring client talked loudly for the entire hour, which completely disrupted what should have been a relaxing experience. For a massage clinic, a calm and quiet environment is essential, and this felt more like being in a busy cafe than a spa. I hope Apex Massage can take steps to better manage noise and set expectations so future visits are as relaxing as the treatments themselves.

The Staff are considerate & friendly, thank you to Kamal & Hamda who are professional not pushy. Thank you to Breanne for her knowledge, awareness and wonderful massages! I would highly recommend adding some aroma therapy its a lovely touch and the music experience needs some consideration, when the music stops, starts and continues to do this it interrupts the flow of the massage and the mood! One final thing your bathrooms need more attending, when I was there last night the bathroom I used smelled like urine and the seat was broken and had urine all over it! So maybe some anti bacterial wipes in the washrooms would be handy for the clients to sanitize before using, but overall I am happy with the friendliness and massage! The price for each was CAD96 plus tax for an hour which felt very fair given the high quality of the massages. Definitely recommend!
