WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! I wish I could give them ZERO stars!!! They sold me moldy edibles and when I went back in after realizing, I explained what happened, showed them the mold, they apologized and gave me 2 "new" packs and what they told me was "$25 store credit for the inconvenience"...but when I got home I noticed mold on THOSE TOO!!! I was very very frustrated at this point, now they sold me moldy edibles two times IN A ROW!!! This isn't even the worst part yet!....so when I called the second time they apologized again and offered me a "free goodie bag" and also told me I could "pick out a few things on them", Austin whom I spoke to on the phone the second time asked for my name and Aubrey, who helped me my second visit in that day told me I was going to be getting "a free goodie bag for the inconvenience" and also "some more store credit" so I was really frustrated with that experience but I felt a little better knowing they tried to make up for it but little did I know....Then come a week later, which was yesterday, I go back to stiiizy Davis to use my "store credit" that they told me they had added to BOTH times I came back with moldy edibles. When I go to check out and use my "$25+ store credit" David (the general manager) tells me that I only have $5 store credit to use and that there is absolutely nothing he can do about my situation, even after I explained my WHOLE experience the time before, so not only could I have gotten EXTREMELY sick from the moldy edibles they sold me but they lied to me about the amount of store credit they put in my account!! VERY unprofessional and frustrating for someone like me who really wanted to be a returning customer but due to SUCH BAD SERVICE I won't ever be spending my money there again and I hope none of you get moldy edibles and lied to and cheated. Watch out for mold on your edibles at STIIIZY Davis!!! They will still sell them to you with mold on them!! read more

The Budtenders are hit or miss. They're super attentive and respectful, for the most part. The last couple times I've been in haven't been the best experience. What makes a little better is security and the front desk people are always friendly. Quality products. Industry standard return policy. read more

Was in the other day and was helped by Madisyn who had a great energy and was knowledgeable. She definitely helped me make a hard decision since the store has such a wide selection of products to chose from. The store in general has a cool vibe from security out front to the bud tenders helping each other inside. Will be back! read more

You literally see a bunch of new faces when you go in there. If I were you I personally wouldn't go back to that one anymore. It's all new people that don't know the difference between Indica or sativa. read more

Very bad service. I bought a vape battery and was assured that if anything ever went wrong with it I could take it back for a replacement. I returned less than two weeks later because the thing would not hold a charge. I was told that I needed to have returned it within one week! I was forced to buy a new one because I had purchased 2 Stiiizy cartridges and they would not work in anything else. The manager, Gonzalo Garcia was very unaccommodating and was really a manager in name only because he had no authority to help me in any way. I will never shop here again. Definitely DO NOT BUY STIIIZY VAPE BATTERY!!!! read more

I came here looking for a stiizy pod & a cartidge & thats exactly what i got! Jessica was the most helpful person & patient too! Love that for great service she helped me pick what i wanted that best fit my needs & im the most indecisive person so the fact that she helped me was thw best! Def coming back! :) read more

We went for our 2nd time on 4/20 to scoop up some deals! Great customer service both times. They check temperatures in addition to the usual COVID19 stuff (most retail doesn't). Must be popular since there were plenty of these around. read more

Security was on a power trip the day I went into the store. Telling me I couldn't walk into the store with my hat on, had to either take it off or turn it around. Never had that happen before at this store.decided to just turn it around, Walked to into pick up my online order. Employee was cool, going over the products I was purchasing, decided to turn my hat back around since I was inside and employee didn't say anything about it and out of no where employee comes up right behind me and literally a foot from my ear tells me " I told you, either turn your hat around or take it off" and just walks away after that. Employee was kinda confused about that just as I was. Probably not going back again don't wanna be dealing with lame security over a hat. read more

Went in here to grab something for my dad who has cancer. Though I can't remember his name, the dude who helped me was really really helpful and super chill. I'm a newb and don't know much about cannabis but he cleared up a ton of questions that I had. Will be coming back for sure! read more

We've been going to this dispensary since it opened a few months ago and love it. The people who work there are Always knowledgeable, always helpful, and always kind. Parking can be a little difficult sometimes, but I've always ended up finding a place nearby. Love going to Stiiizy Davis! read more

Wow! This store is so beautiful inside. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with nothing but kindness and love! The staff is super friendly and helpful! They're all smiles! Product selection is pretty large! Pre rolls! Edibles! 8ths! CBD products! Concentrates! And reasonable prices too! The prices all include tax. They even told me that everyday is a different daily deal!! I had an amazing experience here! Need to come back again for that grand opening on Saturday! Super excited to make this my GO TO dispensary! Thank you Stiiizy team for being so kind and patient with me! read more

Best dispensary ever!!!! Love the stackable discounts and fast service! Like the fact that you know its authentic and official merchandise. I got 2 stiizys to stock up to stay indoors. read more

Jessica has the best costumer service! Really great store! I love my vape pen, the pre rolled joints are amazing. Quick and easy service

Every time I come in here, everyone's so nice! Adrianna and Austin were so helpful. Super clean, and the ambiance has such stoner vibes and makes me want to get high. read more

I would leave a 0 star if possible. I drove 40 min to Stizzy. I was at the register before 9 and they refused to sell to me because it hit 9pm as I was about to place my order. Cashier lady made the biggest deal about the time but she served someone who came after me. Never been more disappointed than this. Thanks stizzy read more

Best dispensary I've ever been too. Great service. Great selection. Feels like an Apple store, but without the wait. Alexis was my bud tender and she was fantastic. Will be back. read more

Loved the environment, very friendly staff. The place was small but they enforced social distancing, had multiple hand sanitizers and arrows to guide customers. Came in for a joint and came out with a bunch of other things.. did not regret!! Destiny was also very helpful and knew the products very well. Overall, great experience would definitely go again if i am ever in town. read more

This is the absolute WORST dispensary I've ever been to. This was the first and last time I will ever go here. My friend and I decided to go here because of some good deals we saw on WeedMaps. Upon trying to enter, the security guard had us move our car 3 separate times before being able to go in. We were parking in the same spots as other customers that were going into the dispensary, but apparently they were not parking spots specifically for STIIIZY. The security guard was completely unhelpful in telling us specifically where we could park (he looked like he was high at work). So we ended up parking in a different parking lot next door and then walked over. After trying to enter again, the security guard told me that I couldn't enter wearing my hoodie because it had the Adidas logo on it, so I took the hoodie off. While the security guard was checking our IDs, he accused my friend of having a fake ID/using someone else's ID (which was totally false, she's 23 and had a valid ID). My friend was denied entry, but I still went in. After waiting at least 30 minutes in line, I go up to the counter and tell the sales rep about the deals on WeedMaps and they tell me that deal was incorrect and they don't actually have that deal. Another sales rep comes over and then says that they actually DO have that deal. After checking out and paying, I then looked at the receipt and realized that I was charged full price and did not get the sales discount. At this point, it's not even worth it to go back to get my money back. Terrible dispensary, terrible and unprofessional security guard, and incompetent sales reps who don't know what they're doing. I recommend going to ANY other dispensary in Davis! read more

Great smoke nice and professional people quick turnaround. You really can't go wrong here, everything is bomb!!

Nice looking place great atmosphere and Alexis was over the top amazing knowledgeable and was able to answer all of of our questions definitely deserves recognition from her manager as being a great asset. She was even able to assist us with my wife's battery issue and thanks to her and the manager they completely helped us out and explained it was defective and took care of us. Because of her I wish I could rate this place 10 stars. read more

not sure why there are so many bad review been coming here since i moved to cali and they are so nice and helpful including good prices and have never had a problem exchanging a bad pod (has only happened once or twice in 6-8 months) and i buy here at least every other week. they are so helpful that i have never even bothered to hit any other dispensaries bc they always have what i need and are always quick and HELPFUL! thanks stiizy davis read more

I think it is certainly one of the better spots in Davis. Out the door prices are always good when purchasing at dispensaries.

Loe G. is amazing, super helpful, professional and kind ! It was my first time shopping and she made it a positive experience and was very knowledgeable. We'll be back soon!! read more

Garbage security turning away customers fifteen minutes before closing time......not very stiiizy if you ask me!!

Worst staff I've ever met. The men are either too busy trying to flirt with you to get the order right or too stoned to function. The team overall has zero knowledge of their own product and overall cannabis. Security guards are pervs and the if the team messes up your order / discount etc they give hell's attitude when u drive back to get it corrected. Legit worst store ever only because of the staff though. The product they sell is good. read more

The worst, and I mean the absolute worst website I've ever seen, unbelievable. I'm not sure why they don't make it easy, poor management

The store can seem hidden from the outside but looks very professional on the inside. Good customer service and they often have deals on their products. read more

Well, this was my first time at a stiizy and the customer service was pleasant but the product I received wasnt. I picked up two grams of Raw Garden sauce. Got to my place, opened the 2 grams to find out that most of the concentrate was leaking out the lids. I immediately called stiizy. They told me to take em back so I did they did replace them however they had to charge me again for tax reason which I wasnt happy about as well. I opened the 2 new grams of raw garden to only find out that these 2 grams were leaking threw the lids as well i did not want to take them back in to only get charged more for taxes. I feel they should have taken care of this a different way. Moral of the story. DO NOT PURCHASE RAW GARDEN SAUCE FROM THEM YOU WILL BE UPSET. just a heads up. Going to stick to my usual spot kind farma! Thanks for reading my rant. And I hope you keep this mind. I have never had this issue anywhere else that carries Raw Garden. read more

Love love love this place! It's cool, sometimes they give you really cool deals, where you buy a certain amount and you can get a shirt for a dollar or just really cool other sales. They are always so friendly and their processes are so easy read more

I can't tell you how much I love this place and the people that work here. We come from Chicago to Sac to visit family and we always stop in to restock our supply. Our budtender Chris R., was so helpful and upbeat. He let us know about some killer specials and had some suggestions for new pods to try. He was awesome! Thanks Chris! read more

STIIIZY is the best and only place I will ever go again. The security is very friendly, welcoming and professional which is very important because that is where your visit begins. All of the employees are friendly and very welcoming as well and Jesus was very knowledgeable and I could tell that he new what he was talking about when he was describing the different options that I made and he also recommended a cartridge and flower and they are both fire! Jesus knew exactly what I was looking for, thank you so much for your help brother! I can't wait to go back and see what's new! read more

No personality from the budtender, was definitely not interested in creating any kind of relationship. Not very educated about cannabis, only stiiizy products. I didn't realize they wouldn't accept cards, I used the atm and by the time I returned to the counter, she seemed upset for some reason. a could have been because it took a few minutes for the atm and she had other customers waiting, could have been a number of things but all of a sudden she was in a rush to get me out the door. Other than the customer service, the quality of products was low. Flower is overpriced and concentrates are cheaply packaged. I'm sure this is a great store for Stiiizy products, but just don't come here if you want high quality weed and service. read more

Absolute worst costumer service with the exception of a few. I have gone to this store many, many times, and progressively customer service has gotten worse. Many workers are downright rude on first encounter, I've never met sales workers who acted like they hated their jobs this much until I met the workers here. Managers here do nothing and when I have called to ask a question I have been answered by rude receptionist. These workers act like they have no job. They have told me they they were giving me a deal before and did not and overcharged me and when I brought it up after looking at my receipt they told me they could do nothing about it because they don't accept returns. 1 minute after they rung me up, 40 dollars over correct price. I am done with Davis Stiiizy, and if you would like a dispensary with respectful helpful employees and better discounts I recommend Kind Farma across the street. Stiiizy in Suisun is also a much more pleasant experience than this location. read more

We drove from Sacramento out to Davis because we heard they were the last store to carry something were were looking for. We were greeted immediately by the friendly staff and helped right away.
