I brought my elderly grandfather along for the ride and she was cold and unfriendly to him, despite him being a generally friendly and playful man. I attempted to start a policy back on August 17, 2018 and had to ultimately cancel, which I did the…read moresame day. I signed cancelation forms and was told that I would receive my refund within 5-7 business days. After that time frame passed I called to find out what happened to my refund. I was then told that my refund wasn't processed until a week later and mailed out at that time and should receive my refund in 3 weeks. I called back after that time frame ran out and was told that there could be a delay due to the labor day holiday. It is now October 3rd and STILL no refund check. I called once again and this time told I need to go into the office and someone will cancel that check and issue a new one but I will have to wait again for another 3 weeks. This is complete BS, and not a good way to do business. Fred Loya is fraudulent and I will be reporting to the BBB.
