The first lesson I took with them, the instructor fell asleep while I was behind the wheel. I tried to get a refund after this experience, but a woman (not sure who) called me, apologized and assured me that it wouldn't happen again. I took my second lesson and needed guidance on how to parallel park. My instructor literally didn't know how, and about ten minutes were wasted as he watched YouTube videos about parallel parking. I wish I was joking. This same instructor (Sydney) turned on the radio while I was driving to a conservative station where a woman celebrated Donald Trump and ICE. I was baffled considering this is an immigrant-run business. I don't support Trump and I felt very uncomfortable. My third lesson was scheduled the following Friday, and when I got there I was told that I wasn't on the schedule and that someone else was being given a lesson in my place. I asked for a refund while I was there. I didn't receive any confirmation or call letting me know that my refund was being processed. I am positive that they had no intention of refunding me. I then called again and was greeted by a very rude woman who refused to give the name or email address of her manager. I had to call several times until I was finally given confirmation that my refund was going through. These people are scam artists and have no respect for their clients. I pray that no one else makes the mistake I did of taking lessons with them." --- I will start by saying that I did not select this school for my daughter. I would have checked Yelp reviews and known to steer away. My daughter scheduled an appointment with this so-called driving school based on Google reviews which appear to be inflated. Read the responses this nasty business posted on Google to people who gave one star, complaining about the same things. They need to be out of business and I am SHOCKED that they have been in business for over five years now. I would love to connect with people who are interested in filing a class action suit.

When my…read moredaughter is old enough to drive I would love for her to go to a driving school as good as this one. They have very attentive teachers and all care very much about their students and want to make sure you learn about been safe and about everything there is to know of the laws of driving and how important it is to be responsible and pay attention. Great classes and they help you do your schedule as need be, according to your necessities. I am very glad I chose this school.

Ms. Georgie, without any prompting, decided it was important to call out me and my s/o in front of…read morethe whole class. She told us to use condoms, and then pointed at my s/o and said "Child Support is 500$ a month". This was just one instance. Others include telling us we'll never last and other things of the sort. We don't talk while we are in the building, much less exhibit any behavior that could possibly warrant such a call out. It was humiliating and inappropriate. She constantly rags on the males in the class, saying men need to be injected with estrogen and other misandrist things. She is racist in talking to poc in her class, saying things like "You do know how to speak English right?" After they have spoken perfectly clear english. That's happened at LEAST twice in the two weeks I was there. She is very loud and slams her desk, which causes discomfort across her classroom, especially to students coming from abusive backgrounds. Unless your child is an absolute wall flower and isn't afraid of yelling/desk slamming, don't send them here. Another thing is the drive times; Impossible to schedule. I tried scheduling one in August and didn't get in until November. It was a mess. Do yourself a favor and pick literally anywhere else.

They took me for 400, now they are offering a lower price of 250, but when you steal 250 per student, that can be 4000 per class, but nobody ever gets the certification you need to get a drivers test at the MVA, and the MVA will not help you at all, they dont care! Nobody does, thats why they keep ripping off students, each class gets them 4 to 5 thousand dollars, most kids just don't know how to fight them, they claim to be out of business, and stop answering your phone numbers, I been calling the police, better business bureau, and the news, nobody cares, and nobody can stop them, I am just hoping to warn unsuspecting kids of this horrible scam they are running over there!!

First, if texting is a. method of contact for your business, I expect a response in a timely manner. Nine days is too long to respond especially when I had to follow up. Second, it is June 27th and your next available drive time is August 31st?! Over two months for your next available appointment is unreasonable to me especially if we cannot get our license until we complete these drive times. I am hoping that there are better prepared driving schools out there. I have other children that will need driving school but Parkville Driving School will NOT be an option.
