No special sign to announce that EGG NOG would now be right next to the milk and cream. The manager seemed to understand what had happened. NOT MARCIA! Ms. Marcia began by interrogating me by the coffee pots, and wouldn't let up. Still chastising and scolding me by the cash register as she rang up my family's other purchases. What a NASTY surprise to encounter this B! Think it through, Marcia dear. Getting my prescriptions filled has been an effort like I have never before had to make. The most aggravating thing, however, is that you cannot ever reach someone by phone. It is more profitable for them to switch you from one irrelevant menu to the next rather than put a person on the phone. I have had a truly miserable experience with this pharmacy and would give them no stars if I could. I will be looking for a more person-centered pharmacy and moving my business there. Dealing with this pharmacy is not at all worth the effort. I wish others would do the same and demand some customer service.
