We were stressed about getting it fixed because I had a flight the next day from Boston and it was Sunday so every repair shop was closed. We were lucky enough to notice Lutz's bay door closing as we passed and quickly pulled in. The shop was closed, but the owner went out of his way to help us. After taking a quick look, he let us know it was a coolant leak and he would work on it the next day. He set realistic expectations and was kind and thoughtful. He had the truck fixed and ready to go the next day, and was very reasonably priced. If you're in a bind or just looking for some general maintenance, we couldn't recommend Lutz Automotive enough!

Apparently tires are one of the commodities that are in short supply due to Covid. We called several places and Lutz's Automotive was able to order a tire for us and have it there the next morning. They were super helpful and very friendly. Their service was outstanding and we felt like they really cared about our issue. Several service technicians jumped in to help change the tire and then they even drove it to make sure everything was set correctly. If there was a higher rating than 5 stars these folks deserve it. I wish we lived closer to these wonderful people but Virginia is a bit far to drive. Ryan and Derrick we now feel like we have friends in Vermont! Outstanding!

They towed, fixed, meddled and helped out, which is their job, but add kindness to the mix and you're all good. Matt the tow truck guy was so sweet, talkative (dishing out some very interesting info on Northern VT), fast and efficient. He actually had to tow our car not once, but twice and did so without any grumbles. It's not cheap, but they definitely could have charged more since we were in the middle of nowhere without knowing a single person. I'd like to think that they kept it honest. Car troubles? See Mark, he'll hook you up. Pro-tip - pizza, chinese and a Rite-Aid are right next door if you happen to need some sustenance while waiting!

He asked me to help him iron his suit and prepare the saddle for him on the day of the big ride and everything was going great until we the kangaroo showed up. THis Kangaroo was a big fella. He was fighter and a real mustang type of animal and my friend Jack started getting nervous as hell. I was soothing his nerves telling him that it was the right thing to do and keeping his spirits up. Instead of riding the kangaroo to the girls house Jack put the kangaroo in his truck and planned on riding it the last mile. When the kangaroo got in the whole affair turned ugly and the kangroo messed up the truck big time so we had to wash it a couple days later. We brought the truck here and it was really good for cleaning it.
