They have these handy sensors that go on top of your tank that tell them when your tank is getting low and they then schedule a delivery, that certainly beats having to guess if the gauge is accurate. They made moving to Colton from Boston more enjoyable- kind of like a Cheers location "where everyone knows your name". It's a gas station so there isn't much to say but considering how the #1 reason you stop here is to…read moreget gas and the pumps are always packed and the station is stangley set up making ti hard to get in and out if you are towing anything and it's a MAD HOUSE at the key times of the day when people are getting out of work as you wait for a pump to open. The only station on that side of town and right next to the entrance into Ogdensburg but the Nice N Easy's at the two far ends of the city are much easier to get and out of. Plus they do offer a lower price on gas if you use cash or a debit card.

She called AAA and they towed her to Martins. I called to check on the repair needed and they said it was a small repair and would be ready in an hour. 10 minutes later they called to say there was another problem and didn't have the part - they had the part overnighted and fixed it on a Saturday( they could have told us we wld have to wait til Monday). The rate for labor and parts was very reasonable and I am glad she now has a neighborhood garage for the next 2 years she will be I'm Potsdam. Thank you Martins for not overcharging and out of town college student.

Arrived at Scoops at 8:47PM to a closed stand while folks were still sitting outside eating their…read moreice cream. Knocked on the window to ask what time they closed, and the young girl working (high school) said "9:00". I looked at her a bit puzzled and said it wasn't 9:00 yet. She responded by saying "a lot of the workers are in high school, and we start closing before 9:00 so we can get out of here." I kindly but with a bit of frustration explained that's not how business hours work, and that I felt it was poor customer service. She looked at me like I had three heads, said "OK thank you" and closed the window. The woman sitting eating her ice cream looked at me and shook her head. I shook my head in agreement and walked to Stewart's where the girl working served me with no attitude and a smile.
