Took my pets to see Dr. Husky and had a really great experience. He's super efficient but still very thorough, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the animals. He took the time to explain everything and made me feel really comfortable with their care. Definitely happy we found him and looking forward to having him take care of my pets for years to come! read more

Dr. Jo, Dr. Moller, Rose, Gus, and Tanya are all super stars! They take excellent care of Bruno whenever he has come for a visit. They take the time to answer any questions I have and put my mind at peace whenever I worry about something. Bruno needed a health certificate some time ago and Dr. Jo was very thorough during our visit. I had no issues with the documents when they were being reviewed. I was provided originals, copies (which I definitely needed at a later date) and digital copies. I trust his care team completely and we'll forever be clients! read more

This review is long overdue: back in the days of the 2020 pandemic lockdown, my dog had a minor emergency that required a simple blood test. Because my existing pet clinic was closed, a friend recommended her vet Stewart Veterinary. When I called their office to schedule an appointment, they simply said in the most rude and callous manner that "if you are not an existing client, we will not schedule any appointments for you." No reason, no compassion. No desire to help an animal in need. It was shocking that a pet clinic would have such a rude and cruel attitude. Luckily, I called Westside Pet clinic, and Gary Adams fit us in to his busy schedule, and resolved the issue. I am eternally grateful and will never forget his act of kindness. I will never forget Stewart Vet for their cruel and inhumane attitude, during a time of need. They shouldn't be allowed to work with animals or humans. Negative stars. read more

Brought my dog here for years and spent countless dollars. Most recent visit was due to a deceased appetite. When we picked him up he could barely move and was bleeding from his butt (much worse condition than when we brought him in. None of these symptoms were present when we dropped him off). Doctor ran blood work and said everything was normal, gave him fluids, and sent us home. Three hours later our dog died. When simply asking to get refunded for the over $600 bill due to the circumstances that what they did was not helpful we were given a letter saying that they will no longer "retain" us as a client and to find a different vet for our dog (news alert he died!!!). Ps: On a separate incident with this vet, they never called for us to pick up our dog (who is diabetic and needs insulin 2 times a day). Because of this I drove to pick him up being that they were scheduled to close soon. I got there 10 mins before closing but their door was already locked with my dog inside. Wildly irresponsible. Avoid at all costs. Update based on owners revised response: For all reading his first response was very dismissive, but it seems like he thought more about it more and took a different approach for his revised statement. Applause. Important note: The full invoice was not refunded. Only part of it. Secondly the letter that was sent (photo attached) shows the lack of professionalism and compassion from them. It added insult to injury for a family that just lost their pet. If it was not sent I may have considered bringing my future pet to them but this sealed the deal. Not only am I now sharing my experience here but will be doing elsewhere and with all other pet owners that I know. read more

Stewart Veterinary Group - Letter from vet - Veterinarians Near Me - Los Angeles, California

I went to this office last Saturday because my poor Coco kitty was so sick and not eating, pooping or peeing. Dr. Pang was very thorough and so caring along with her exceptional staff. Mr. Coco was previously seen by five other vets in the last two weeks and he was not getting better. This office was recommended by a wonderful organization who I originally adopted Coco from five years ago. I live down in the South bay so it is quite a commute to get to West LA on any given day especially with a sick kitty. After the office did some blood work, urine and x-rays, they diagnosed the problem and immediately came up with an action plan to get Coco better. Unfortunately, he had severe constipation And required a enema and hydration immediately. Mr. Coco had started to turn a corner and by the next day he was pooping and peeing normally and his appetite was starting to return. I was so impressed by the Dr. Pang reaching out to me later the next week just to check to see how Coco was doing. I'm happy to report Coco is doing 100% better ! I wish they had a sister office in the South Bay . Although it's a little far for me to commute on a regular basis, if my little Coco ever had another emergency this would be my number one go to. We need more Vet offices like this one that truly are working for your pets best interest. Thank you again Dr.Pang! read more

The staff at Stewart veterinary are rude and dismissive. This was our third and last time going there. It starts with the front desk, they seem like they hate their job and have never once greeted us with a smile or positive attitude. The first time we came we it was for suspected allergies and they presented us with a quote for all sorts of tests, when trying to decide which ones we were going to go forward with, or which ones were the most important, we could not speak to the doctor again and the tech had absolutely no idea what anything was. This last time we were following up on a recent trip to the er and also getting his monthly allergy shot. When I looked at the quote I was confused because the shot was much more than it was the previous time we got it. When I said something the tech barely let me finish asking my question before cutting me off and telling me that it's not a different price because the computer auto populates it from our profile history. When I checked my records it was different. Before I paid I just wanted clarification on why there was such a big price difference. Again, getting cut off and treated like my question was anything but an inconvenience, they explained why the price had changed. At first I gave the place the benefit of the doubt, but after multiple bad experiences they are simply just not nice and do not care. I could never in good faith recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality and well rounded vet. read more

The vets are extremely nice and the office is clean. The only thing is the staff is pretty brusque/unfriendly and one lady told me the problem my cat had was unlikely, so I waited a couple more weeks and then made an appointment anyway. It was a simple fix and ended up being what I thought it was... they aren't cheap, so I use them for basic issues. If you need to fix your animal, you can go to CAMP and save $400-$600. Some of the medicine can be purchased online for cheaper. I keep coming back because the actual vets are extremely kind, caring, nice, professional and listen to you when you talk to them. Dr. Jo is a very special human being! read more

We used to be very happy with Stewart Veterinary Group (SVG) and were always pleased with the treatment of either one of our two furry four legged feline sons, Scooter and Butch. This all changed when we brought Butch in with a big concern about a growth we noticed on his neck. It was not visible at first due to his beautiful fur, but it became more apparent quickly. We didn't know what could have caused it, so we went to see Dr. Moeller's office and were seen by Dr. Allison Pang back in December 2023. She took a few moments to assess him and then stated that she didn't know what this growth could be. We pointed out the weight loss, but she said that this is something that can happen in "older" cats. Butch was 12. She also drew some blood for testing and told us that the results were "normal". We were to keep an eye on him and see if the swelling was getting bigger. Then, on January 17, 2024 we took Butch back to be seen by Dr. Yebin Jo, who also is a doctor within SVG. She took a little bit more time to assess Butch, whose neck was visibly larger on the right side. She brushed it off as it being a "mystery". We requested to be given a copy of the medical notes, which is EVERY patient's right to get. However, one particular note in her report alarmed us that something was not right at all: "x-rays - no abnormalities on right side of the neck, poss elongated heart?" She did not tell us anything about a possible "elongated heart", nor did she tell us anything about any test for any biopsy. In fact, we only found on March 1, 2024 that Stewart Veterinary Group conducted a Fine-needle aspiration (FNA) WITHOUT our consent or knowledge! Dr. Moeller's wife Rose told us during an in-house meeting after Butch had passed away (different story for a different report) that SVG performed the FNA, but SVG didn't tell us or even charge us for the test as the results were "inconclusive". My husband and I told Ms. Moeller that this is beyond being unprofessional! We told her that it is Unethical! - A test of this highly sensitive manner should have never been conducted without our knowledge or consent! This type of behavior is something we didn't expect from SVG and we cannot in good faith ever recommend this Veterinary clinic to anybody. If you do decide to visit Steward Veterinary Group you may want to consider: 1. Stay with your pet! Your little one is your "Baby" and it is your responsibility! 2. ALWAYS request a copy of the full medical record! - That is your right! Then again, you can also always look for a different veterinary clinic nearby ... read more

Good doctors, but Nina makes it impossible to feel welcome or wanting to take my dog here. Always has the worst attitude FOR YEARS. I just can't keep putting up with it anymore today was my last straw with her, I needed a simple letter and she hangs up on me mid sentence. I've let it go multiple times in the past, but it gets to a point where it's excessive. Needs better customer service. Having a pet is a commitment. Unconditional love on their part. Till death do us part on ours. Regardless of who's first, it's still a commitment to provide either ongoing or end of life care. Early in May, I observed our nearly nineteen-year-old Schnoodle, Socks experience an "episode" that left her knocked out for a few hours but eventually she bounced back. Not being a veterinarian, I could only assume the origin of what happened. It made me realize Socks, with a myriad of health conditions was ageing out and I needed a plan to minimize suffering. For nearly all of Socks' life Dr. Deborah Wallen has been her veterinarian. I called, explaining I didn't think we were at the point of euthanasia yet but I wanted to be prepared with my preference being an in-home goodbye. Dr. Wallen provided several in-home options along with bringing Socks to Stewart Veterinary Group since Covid restrictions had been lifted I would be allowed to be with her instead of just a drop-off farewell in the parking lot. Dr. Wallen also explained "when it's time" behavior and symptoms, none of which were unfamiliar as I've said goodbye to way too many furbabies in my life. Yesterday the lack of interest in eating, inability to walk, general lethargy confirmed merciful intervention. How to end Socks' suffering was not just up to me as she had only been my dog for six years. My husband was her first human and had a say regarding the how and when. My preference being in-home to minimize a sterile, medical office. His that he did not want a pall of death in our home. Ten-minute discussion resulted in a same day appointment at Stewart Veterinary Group. Socks' last goodbye was loving, compassionate, professional thanks to Dr. Wallen and all the Stewart Veterinary Group staff! P.S. Fellow Yelpers, this is a sad time for me, my husband. I've been waiting 45 minutes and when I complained they said it will be another 10-15. That is really totally unacceptable.

Having spent many (many) paychecks on a chronically ill cat, I'm really glad to have found a vet that can either attend to her needs or recommend the best around for purposes of testing. Really, it's a huge relief knowing that we finally have an answer many years after seeing signs of sickness. The personnel vary a lot, but most everyone we've worked with so far has been polite and kind. We have a lot of faith in our particular vet as well, which speaks highly of the clinic. It's a long road towards this cat getting better, but I hope that we're in good hands with SVG. read more

Everything! The care and attention they have been giving my dogs for over 10 years has been extraordinary.

They have potential to be great but sadly they're rushing around at least it seems and here's why: They've forgot the weight of my dog several times after weighing him, which is alarming when giving medications and vaccines. At one point, My partner and I had two credit cards on file. When dropping my dog off to be seen, I would specify which card we wanted charged only for them to charge the wrong card every time. SO, yesterday, to make things easier for them, I asked them to take one of the cards off file only to be charged twice, one on each card. I've been here about 5-6 times and every time they screw something up. Bc of Covid, I haven't been able to go inside so hopefully my dog is getting the care I am paying for. Not sure if they're over worked here but they aren't capable of correctly executing a task when given specific direction or instructions. After my dog receives his last vaccine here in 3 weeks, we will be taking our business elsewhere. Stewart has proven not to be thorough, which is what you want when dealing with your fur baby. The office manager should be held accountable for the techs ongoing screw ups. read more

As the daughter of one veterinarian, sister of two and aunt of one, I know veterinarians. I worked in my father's clinic all through high school and assisted with more spays than I could count. It is a very simple procedure requiring a small incision and 2 sutures if done right. My 9 month-old puppy's incision looked like it was done with a serrated knife and had 5 stitches. The bill was $1,008. If that is not extortion, I don't know what is. read more

COVID has been a stressful time for so many! I appreciate that the staff and Dr. Wallen were professional, kind and attentive. As a healthcare professional who works with patients I fully understand the additional stress and burden COVID has placed on businesses and individuals. Take your normal stress and multiple that by 10 that is a normal day for a healthcare professional (dealing with everyone's problems and caring for them) now add COVID and it's no surprise there are problems like other reviews mentioned. They are human! Try letting them know you appreciate their time...it goes a long way. I was going to a large vet practice where it felt like a mill and different vets. They never understood or bothered to look at her history. As soon as Dr. Wallen examined Zoe and acknowledged her history I knew I was in the right place. She is entering her senior years so it's important to me to have conistent care from a vet. She called and explained all the procedures and recommendations, as well as telling me what is necessary and what can wait. Not my experience with my last vet. Anyway, I prefer a smaller practice instead of a large group and the fact she called Zoe a cute in little marshmallow shows me her kindness and care for animals. read more

I really can't recommend this place because I have a terrible feeling about them and the kind of attention they would give my dog because I have called a few times, spoke to the person answering, left messages about setting up an appointment as a NEW CLIENT for exam and vaccinations and I've heard nothing zero, nada.... back from them and I even contacted them on their website and there's just been no response, no reply, nothing! All this effort over a few weeks just to get an appointment in a place that represents itself as a first rate! There is no excuse for that, period. They get a one lonely star in my book just for existing on the planet and good luck taking your pet there and getting the kind of service your pet deserves! I'm heading over to VCA where I was actually able to speak to them and have already set an appointment. read more

I used to love this vet. Dr Wallen is caring and knowledgeable and was able to successfully help my cat with his reoccurring, very troubling skin condition when other vets were not. The front desk was always prickly but seemed worth it to access her quality services. This changed with my latest experience. Nina at the front moved from prickly to outright rude and disrespectful. Maybe this is from COVID stress, but it's still not appropriate. My cat's skin condition flared up again and I know from experience it needs to be treated ASAP to prevent the infections that can lead to abscesses that must be surgically removed. The front desk felt nor had any compassion for any of this urgency. On Monday I was told Dr Wallen isn't in until Tuesday but they might be able to squeeze me in with the other vet and asked me to email pictures of the troubled area so they could advise me how to bandage it so he couldn't scratch. I never heard back about seeing the doctor or got a reply to my emailed pictures. Calling the next day good-ol Nina answered, prickly as ever. I saw on their website some locations were allowing people into the offices, so I asked if that was possible. She was clearly bothered I dare ask and said no, which is totally understandable and fine. I then said I needed to speak to Dr. Wallen on the phone at least to debrief her (he had multiple spots but only one was problematic). Nina spoke over me, rude and impatient, and said "maybe." I kept insisting and this flustered her even more (apparently anything outside of "standard" work does) and **she hung up on me.** I was shocked and called back immediately with someone else answering the line. I asked how I could speak to a manager or the owner and was basically told there's no way to do so without going through the front desk. I did end up getting squeezed in that day (had to go around Nina) and, while she was with my cat, got a call from Dr Wallen who told me she only had 2 minutes to talk. Fine, whatever, I just want to make sure my poor cat's ok. We spoke briefly and as I started asking when I should schedule a follow up she began speaking over me, completely ignoring what I was asking, and then **also hung up on me.** I have no idea what was really going on. I think Dr Wallen isn't in the office as much lately because she's been having her own health problems. COVID is a big stressor as is the change in process. I get all that. There is still NO excuse for this disorganization and to treat people with disrespect! I'm so sad this is how this practice has evolved - they're near me and, back pre-COVID, I could trust Dr Wallen to do right by my cats. Now it seems what was good about this practice is falling away and what was always bad has been hugely amplified. Such, such a shame. read more

DO NOT USE THIS VET. I'm beyond furious and I'm astonished that there are so many positive reviews for this place as my other friends who had (emphasis on HAD) been using this vet had horrible experiences as well. There is absolutely ZERO communication from this office. At first we chalked it up to the fact that COVID is making things difficult for all businesses, but there are no excuses anymore. We only got to speak with the actual vet ONCE and that was on our first visit (I assume that's to make a good impression on new clients because our first visit was great, but it ALL went downhill after that). We were never told what vaccinations were needed and when, I would literally have to call and beg for information. There was no transparency as to what was being done to our dog during the visits until we would get slapped with a large bill after the fact. The vet techs seemingly had no clue what was going on either (ex: we asked how much food we should be giving our dog and were told by the vet tech "well....how big is her bowl? Maybe just double the food if she's hungry?" ....you don't even know how much we're feeding her! How can you recommend we double it?? And why does bowl size matter??) The worst is the ABSOLUTE NEGLIGENCE when it comes to test results. BOTH times we took stool samples in, we were NOT told the results of the test. The first time, that was okay because the test was negative so no harm, no foul (would've been nice to know though). They even said "We don't call if the test is negative" so we didn't really worry about it. The second time, we took our dog for a stool sample test as she had been having diarrhea for over a week, and we never received the test result. We assumed that since we never heard back, it must be negative (as, apparently, that's their policy). However, when I recently requested my dog's records from their office, I noticed on the records that she TESTED POSITIVE FOR GIARDIA (with the HIGHEST level of parasites) TEN DAYS AGO! We had heard NOTHING from the vet. She's been sitting here with PARASITES, infecting my other dogs, losing weight, and miserable, while we're sitting here thinking things must be okay because the vet didn't tell us otherwise. I cannot believe it. We called the vet and asked "what would've happened if we hadn't requested the records??" and they said "I'm sure we would've found this eventually." EVENTUALLY. This is insane. By the way, this isn't a one-time occurrence. Come to find out, this EXACT SAME THING happened to our friend's puppy. He had giardia was never told by the vet until my friend called two weeks later because they hadn't received any word about the stool test results. On a more positive note, however, there is one vet tech that is great. I always hope we get her because she actually seems to know what she's doing and care about the animals. Wish I knew her name. She should leave and go to a vet that actually cares as well. Anyway, these yelp reviews are initially what made us choose this vet, but let me tell you, do not be fooled. We will never be back. read more

During covid times, the protocol now is to make an appointment via phone. I love that they text you for confirmation for the appointment. When I arrived for my appointment time, a staff came out and asked if I had a carrier, along with informing me about the process which would be for her to take my kitten in, and have the vet call me from inside. Within minutes, the vet called me and let me know what shots my cat needed, as well as some basic checkup information. After they finished, they gave me a paper for special care instructions. I was followed up with an email as well. Superb service! read more

It's a shame I have to write a negative review about my experience with Stewart Veterinary Group because the veterinary care I received from Dr. Lexy Sinnott was exceptional. She was wonderful with my dog and took more time than any other vet to explain what was wrong with him and what surgical procedure she recommended. And the surgery was performed well. If my review were only for her, it would be an easy five stars. This review is for one person at the front desk who handles billing: Rose Moller. Read the reviews on here... there's a pattern you'll see of rudeness and aggressive billing practices, which was my experience as well. Once you hand your credit card to the front desk for the first time they will never ask for it again. That's because they have your billing information and will charge it at will without going over charges ...or even bothering to explain that there will be additional, unforeseen charges. You will just receive an email that your credit card has been charged. Unless you're super wealthy and money is truly no object, you've got to keep a careful eye on Rose. Even though Dr. Sinnott explained after my dog's surgery that the procedure was less complicated than anticipated, my charges went UP instead of down. When my final bill exceeded my estimate by hundreds of dollars, Rose explained to me that my estimate reflected the old surgical charges but there had been a change in price. Similarly, I had been quoted lab fees for one facility, but they elected to send my dog's biopsies to a more costly lab. After some back and forth, Rose refunded these charges. The final straw came when I took my dog in to have his stitches removed. Since I was told my dog would be needing to wear his cone for a few more days I asked if i could get a new clean one, and they brought me one with a smile. No mention of cost. Once again, it was only after I checked my email that I saw they were charging me for the cone and had once again already charged my card without my consent. When I called for a refund, Rose offered to cut the cost of the cone from $14 to $7, seemingly oblivious to the larger issue of charging a customer's card without informing them in advance. Stewart's fees are very expensive, so they really shouldn't nickel and dime over smaller issues like this. Before I became aware of Rose's shady billing practices, I referred my partner to Stewart to have his cat's tooth removed. They quoted him a charge of $1400 to remove A SINGLe TOOTH, explaining the charge for anesthesia would be calculated BY THE MINUTE. I was so embarrassed that I'd recommended this facility. Obviously we won't be returning to this place, which is a shame because, as I mentioned, Dr. Sinnott truly is a wonderful vet. But she must take responsibility for the front desk staff she hires and the billing choices made on her behalf. read more

Dr. Moller has been my vet for 18 years. He cared for my kitty, Lily, when she chased a bird off of my 2nd floor balcony. Lily turned out to be fine and I was the one that needed his attention. I was so upset and he was very calming. When she had a fatal heart attack in my car on the way to see Dr. Moller, I was inconsolable. She had passed a block from his office. He comforted me. He allowed me to stay with her until I was ready to leave and he coordinated with the crematorium to make sure that I could obtain her ashes. He didn't charge me. Terrible support staff - I heard great things about Dr. Wallen and went there for her and loved her. She recently left and I can't explain how badly this place sucks without her - DO NOT bring your animals there. The front staff is rude, they constantly make mistakes and blame it on their customers. I moved here from out of state at the end of last year, and before I landed her, my previous vet sent records via email to Stewart directly. They sent an email out this summer requiring all their patients to get the lepto vaccine and I had forgotten that my dog had one last fall --- they didn't check the records and administered him 2 shots 3 months before he was due. Then they tried to convince me that it was my job to check the records, not there's (REALLY?) and that my dog just had a booster and hel'll be fine...Wrong again, you gave him 2 lepto shots, and again, did not check his records which have been in your systems for almost one year. Infuriating, dangerous and clueless people who don't care work there. So glad Dr. Wallen left so now I can follow her without dealing with the losers at Stewart. Dr. Moller,Rose and Dr. Rosencrantz and his staff are amazing!Recently my 17 year old cat was having difficulty eating. After the procedure my cat was not able to figure out how to eat. Freaking out after a few days of trying everything I could to get my cat to eat I called them. They had us bring her in immediately and helped her with food/fluids and gave her something for the swelling. They also said we could bring her in everyday for the next few days just to make sure she was ok and getting the food she needs and this is during thanksgiving week! Dr. Sinnott is great and this is not about her. I wish SVG would either tell us they cannot accommodate our pet and/or stop taking on new pets to manage the fact that they are understaffed. In the last 4 months, every single time I call for an issue that isn't necessarily emergent (but is urgent), they tell me they do not have appointments for one month and that I should take my pup to the ER. Perhaps most disheartening, the front office staff is so RUDE. There is a nice way to tell a worried pet parent that the office cannot accommodate us. Recently Nina told me husband, "I am trying to get my day started" when he called early in the morning hoping to get our dog checked out for a foxtail up his nose. It is really unfortunate that we will have to change vets, because Dr. Sinnott herself is amazing. read more

This is the Greatest Veterinary clinic on the planet. In this day and age during the pandemic with all that's going on do you think that there could actually be a vet on the planet left that actually cares ...about the Dogs wellbeing and not the Money? Well let me tell you there is one, His name is Dr Moller. He is single-handedly the best Vet ,and my dogs angel. I have a 14-year-old Chihuahua who came down with a case of lymphoma... Chloe is my baby she's the love of my life and unfortunately at her age 14 it's very difficult especially in these financial times to make a decision like this , about whether to go through with chemotherapy. Well not knowing anything about cancer and everything I've heard it is that it's like hit or miss and super expensive. Well we made a decision to keep Chloe Comfortable not to move forward with Chemo because of her age etc. and most of my friends told me thousands of dollars later they lost the Dog. Chloe was riddled with tumors and Cancer spreading throughout her body suffering in her groin, neck under her arms everywhere lymphatic tumors riddling her body within a month. At this point, I thought , she's so riddled . The minute I saw her suffering and slowing down with tumors she did the really bother her until she refused to walk down the stairs to go outside which she loved to do normally. I forgot to mention that this all happened in two months first it started in her lymph nodes in her neck then it started in the groin then it went under the armpits and everywhere. She was riddled from head to toe with Lumps/ tumors. Cancer was spreading rapidly. Dr Moller was very concerned and he told me that he would work with her and put her on steroids. We would keep her comfortable as it spreads so rapidly. He told me what to expect and when she stopped eating it was time. Hopefully they would shrink the tumors. The steroids helped a little but the kept Growing so fast. They were like Stones. To make a very long story short I called him, and I said , I think it's time, Shes suffering too much . What's the next step? It's to much for her. I think it's time we were going to put her down. Dr Moller said to mel. I had an EPIPHANY I've been thinking about Chloe a lot and I think Ii want to zap Her with chemo.... As I've never seen this in a small dog before. I think it might WORK? I can't live with myself if I don't try? I think we should zap her with a mega dose chemotherapy. I said what you told me not to go that direction he goes I just have a really good feeling!!! I don't normally tell people this but, maybe we should've done it sooner, but let's try. I want to take a chance. Lets go for it. My God is all I can tell you is that it's an absolute Miracle...... She was zapped on Friday. It's Monday night and all the tumors are almost gone. She has been fighting for her life. I have never seen my dog so sickly. But god bless her as DR. M. She is recovering. A lot of syringing Pedialyte fluids and bone broth . I think his instincts just saved her life. If I can have one more minute with or six months what a gift he just bestowed on me. Cloe is an Angel in my life and every second is cherished. And by the way I had no idea that the treatment would work and so fast. would exasperate the tumors and blow them Into smithereens . They're literally gone , Shrinking . God Bless Dr. Moller for never giving up on Chloe. And genuinely concerned about her timeline. Wanting and genuinely caring and never giving up. We Love Him to the Moon and Back If you ever needed a Vet? He's your Guy. You will never find a kinder more genuinely honest Vet in this Planet. I know my time with Chloe is Limited. To Eradicate those tumors. Blow them into smithereens. Relieve her of all of those tumors in her body. Its miraculous and a Miracle. If I lose her now, at least she doesn't have to suffer with those lumps any longer. I am so grateful. Until round 2 Thank You There is actual hope I might have a Little more time on Earth with Chloe. Every Moment is a gift Gratitude read more

Dr. Jo spayed my 45 lb rescue GSD. Her communication before and after the surgery was excellent. Not knowing the age and number of litters in my dog's previous life, Dr. Jo gave a very reasoned opinion after the surgery. These surgeries are big and Dr. Jo did a great job. My dog recovered beautifully. Great office staff too. read more

This vet is just a mill to make money. Quadruple bookings for same time and have ur dog wait in a car for min 45min. Used to be normal before corona hit.. now they're taking advantage of people having to wait outside with no regard for anyone's pets or time read more

First of all, I must say I am just very disappointed to have to go this route of writing a review instead of getting a call back from the office manager or owner to hopefully resolve this (like I asked on the phone and over email last week - but never got any response). Secondly, Dr. Wallen used to be our vet here and was the sweetest woman ever - we very much hope she is doing ok since I know she had to leave for health reasons. Also, the new vet Dr. Sinnott seems very nice, although we only spoke on the phone due to COVID. Now, the important reason you need to read this and not think about bringing in your pet here anymore (and why you need to ignore positive posts among the many recently bad because those long time patrons are only trying to show support regardless of quality of service): There is absolutely no sense of urgency by the staff answering the phones to help or make sure your dog is going to be ok, and to make it worse, when they told me they would check with the vet to make sure I didn't need to go to an ER, they apparently never even did that. About 2 weeks ago our dog started having these weird hiccups and her upper body was visibly extremely bloated to the point we couldn't keep her harness on her because she looked so uncomfortable. I called the vet and explained this and basically got "what do you want me to do about it" because the earliest appointment was for the next week. I said clearly I don't know if this is something urgent but it keeps getting worse, so could the vet at least look at a video (which they have asked me for last year and had actually been great help) to tell me if I need to go to the ER before that appointment. I sent the video and since I didn't hear back, I figured this meant she would be fine to wait until the appointment the next week. LUCKILY she was fine after a few days. When I finally brought her in for her appointment the next week, I was told to drop her off at 8AM which I thought was kind of weird, but figured it was just the new norm during COVID. Once it was about noon, I started to get nervous, so I called for an update. I was informed that she hadn't been seen yet and had just been sitting in the kennel waiting to be seen "in between appointments." I live less than a 5min walk away and NEVER kennel our dog and would not have agreed to this (also, for the next 2 days she was terrified of her crate at home and was howling in it - which she never had done). This made no sense either considering I waited almost a week for this appointment. When I said this, the woman told me I had a "drop off" and not a real "appointment" and that meant she would be kenneled - WHAT?!?!? So, waiting a week for a designated time is not an "appointment" and they are considering that dealing with if there was an actual emergency (waiting a week)? How does that make any sense? Even worse, when I spoke to the vet, she said she never heard about the video, but when she clicked on the link from the email there was actually no video in there - meaning nobody even tried to look at the video (which they told me to send) and if this was something serious my dog would have been dead (despite her already keeping us up the entire night anyways). How scary is that?? Also, this was the second visit within COVID and taking her this time was the first time ever that she was flipping out and she didn't want to go (she always liked going there before) - which tells me something happened last time too. Read the recent reviews - something bad is going on here with no accountability and there is no blaming COVID considering we are over 5 months in at this point and everyone else has their stuff in order. I have been going there over a year and would love to change/update this review, but the only way I could do that or ever go there again is if I get a call from their management to know that this isn't what should have happened and how I will be sure it won't again. Also, check your bill each time because they try to slide random things in (which they did on this bill too). read more

This place is an absolute joke! We have now scheduled two appointments and both times we've shown up at the front desk and were told they had no appointment for us! When asked to speak to the manager, we were told they were on "vacation" for a month and no one could help us resolve the issue. It's truly pathetic and depressing to know that such irresponsible and careless individuals run this office and are caring for our pets. LOOK ELSE WHERE! read more

I love this place! Receptionists/ vet technicians: Nina, Candace, Beth are wonderful, always very friendly and helpful! Veterinarians: we've seen doctor Moore, Wallen, and moller. They all seem knowledgeable and caring. Parking: 4 free spots behind the clinic, also metered street parking is available Can do walk-ins for routine stuff like vaccinations. They also have a good electronic system for receipts and getting a copy of your vaccinations. read more
