I've sent them two emails and called them requesting a quote on a new HVAC system. I've been literally begging them to take my money because I also asked the repair people to give me a quote. They said to call the office. They won't. When I called the office they said I had to send an email - I sent a second email. No one replied. If you need service they're fantastic. Given how reasonable the service prices are I can't imagine they wouldn't want to make that up by installing a new system but I guess they're ok with a service-only business. Told me info about manufacturing of mobile homes, and when insulation became mandatory. He visited a bit, sharing info about the dogs in his life. $60 service call.
