He gave me a pre-printed price list and showed me what each step would cost. He also explained that the holes in the flex ducts were small enough to patch rather than having to be replaced. I attempted to get 2 more quotes, however the first company wanted to charge me $90.00 just to have their tec come out to make the quote. The second company sent someone out, but he would not give me a quote until I got an inspection. That was going to cost $280.00. Of course I called Pinkertons and we set a date for him to come and do the work. He and his helper showed up on time, did the work in a timely manner and told me the worh was guaranteed for a year. I asked if his company provided other services, and we discussed some other items I had on my to do list. I will hire them again an highly recommend them. They are polite, honest, thorough, efficient, and very pleasant to work with Thank you Pinkertons!

We had called asking for the inspectors report n never got a call back.. we finally spoke to Heather, who really didnt know what was going on. We asked for the inspection report, photos of what was found. How could u send a job estimate without any findings? We called again n 2 days later got the report.. the report was sketchy... The photos were very poor...I called again n spoke to Billy, gave him my concerns. He said he would look into it for me n call back.. Never did... Would not trust them.. we have since called a competitor who went out n said they could remidiate the mold without any tear down n for less than 500.00...beware..
