They told me it would be $500 dlls to fix it and it would likely be better for me to buy a new one. They Charged $60 !!! just for trip to my house and stand there for 20-30 min. Their argument was it would take 2 men to take it apart, repair plus labor and parts. Obviously I said NO and decided to search the Internet where we found some simple videos of potential problems. We bought the part (clutch) for $40 Dlls (although we saw some for as cheap as $15 dlls) . It only took my boyfriend to move the washer and lay it down on the floor. It took him literally 15-20 min to take it apart and remove Clutch and put new one back together. The washer started spinning but only slow. Another google search said it could be a garment trapped between the spinning basket and water tank. Another 10 min of taking things apart and voila there it was. Removed the garment and there it was my washer spinning full speed now. Spent total $100 thanks to these people otherwise it would have been only $40 dlls. We had been very hesitant on calling them but we said to give it a try thinking it could be an easy fix (which it was ) BUT of course they made it look it wasn't. Bottom line. I do not recommend using this company. If you are not a DIY person please do more research on who to hire first. Obviously we didn't but we don't want anybody else going thru what we went thru with this company.

I've sent them two emails and called them requesting a quote on a new HVAC system. I've been literally begging them to take my money because I also asked the repair people to give me a quote. They said to call the office. They won't. When I called the office they said I had to send an email - I sent a second email. No one replied. If you need service they're fantastic. Given how reasonable the service prices are I can't imagine they wouldn't want to make that up by installing a new system but I guess they're ok with a service-only business. If you need to buy a system you're going to need to find another company.

Ended up cleaning and testing the HVAC unit, and cleaned it out with the garden hose. He didn't try to sell me more Freon or any other services. My dog and I visited with him through the window as he did his work. He checked wires several times. He also checked the filter set-up I have. After he finished, it already felt quicker to cool down. Told me info about manufacturing of mobile homes, and when insulation became mandatory. He visited a bit, sharing info about the dogs in his life. $60 service call. About three weeks later I had a similar issue and I called them back to troubleshoot the problem.
