I bought a house and got a big firm in to work on the house as I thought that would be the best option. How wrong I was, there was so much wrong once they had finished. I then found Stewart by word of mouth and he came to have a look the next day, and when he arrived he was so polite actually early which is a rarity when waiting for contractors. Within 2 weeks of Stewart starting the job he had completed it to a fantastic standard, he made sure I was happy with everything and walked me through what he had done. Stewart has completed a wide range of work for us over the last couple of months to a high standard in our barn conversion. This has included LED lighting, general new lights and lighting changes, under floor heating, socket changes, Sky TV alterations and installation of CCTV. Where the job has been bespoke Stewart has researched and advised on the best possible solution. disgrace to the trade. Stewart was paid to do numerous jobs but insisted on being paid before jobs were complete and promised to return. when called to return to complete outstanding job he refused unless i paid more money-he had been paid in full already. i then received abusive texts messages also containing blatent lies. he refused to comply with building control instructions, said senior inspector was wrong. i would not recommend this person as i found him to be dishonest, unreliable and once paid, very abusive. read more

Had work done by this guy not so long ago, found him to be extremely helpful and competent. I got several quotes as it was alot of work being done in my new house and found him to be the most competetive and most knowledgeable. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently with no problems or set-backs. I was asked if I was 100% happy with everything before any money changed hands which I was.
