Our Story So Far
The first Temples office was opened in Nantwich by Roy Kitchen in 2001, followed by Chester in 2003 which is run by Kevin Swire. Three years later Roy's daughter Natalie and her husband Gary opened Northwich, closely followed by the formation of a Crewe office in 2007, run by Alex Kemp and Roy. Each of our offices operates independently, but pools knowledge, skills and resources where this will benefit our customers.
We all live in the local area so have excellent knowledge of the geography and property market across the mid and south Cheshire, North Staffordshire, North Wales and Wirral region, so we can help investor landlords make decisions about which properties to buy, and support tenants in finding the right location in which to live. We've a strong track record in helping people relocate to the area.
This local knowledge also means we have excellent support from a number of local firms who carry out maintenance work reliably and cost-effectively.

Meet the Manager: Simon J.
I started working at Temples Chester in March 2014 as a Lettings Negotiator and loved the job. In 2015 I was promoted to Lettings Manager, my job is to oversee the application process and deal with prospective tenants, current tenants and Landlords.
I also manage the marketing for the Chester office, and finding the best rental price for the Landlord.
In June 2016 I won two awards for Best Letting agent in Chester, this was based on reviews received from landlords and tenants. I also hold a rent smart wales licence, and been certified by Rent smart wales for passing the Housing ACT 2014 and Agent Development Training course exam.
