Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about this agency, we arranged to see a couple of…read moreproperties with them, and sat outside the first one waiting wondering if the agent was going to turn up, when he eventally did (15 mins late with no apology) he simply unlocked the door & gave monosyllabic answers to our questions (making us feel unvalued as potential tenants), onto the next property and no improvement in the manner. Needless to say we will not be looking at any other properties with them. This agency feels like an estate agency who has started to do lettings due to the conditions of the current market, and either don't know what they are doing, or have staff who simply don't care.

The Heswall branch in particular was excellent, as was the lady who showed us around several properties.Out of all the places I have dealt with I would certainly say they were the most professional, from their manner, their brochures, their customer care etc. we were extremely happy with all of them (Heswall and Greasby didn't deal with West Kirby office). Their offices are nice and big particularly Heswall and there are always plenty of staff on hand to help.

Haven't rented a property with them which I actually think is a shame (but they didn't have a…read moresuitable property) the staff are VERY friendly & helpful and went out of their way to try to find us a property in our budget & preferred area. Their agency fee's are reasonable - full charge for 1st tenant then £30 extra for additional tenant - some agents just charge you 2 full fees (not sure about the TDS charge though, as other agents I've been with used DPS and didn't charge us to protect our deposit)
