The entrance is always clean and clear of mess (unlike some other vets in Gloucester!) and the shop area is always well stocked. The vets are all very patient, and the reception staff are just fab! The vets take time to explain things to you and answer any questions you have - despite this, they have always been on time for appointments! The reception staff can always recommend pet friendly traders too - groomers, pet sitters etc

If you have to go up to main hospital for anything the continuity is always there which I found most helpful when my pet was extremley poorly as I didn't have to keep explaining what was wrong. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and they are always full of advice and local contacts. They operate an emergency service and keep you updated when your pet needs vaccines. They treat your pets as family members, and always refer to them by their names. It is a lovely, clean surgery and all of the vets are lovely.
