My wife and I got married in Sept. 2021 and had plans to go on our honeymoon during the pandemic…read morestill. Patrick came recommended from a friend and we are absolutely thankful that we opted to use his expertise to plan out our trip. 1. We wanted to go to an all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean but I knew that Sept. was not an ideal time due to hurricane season. Patrick advised that we should try out St. Lucia as it had the resorts that we could go to and also had plenty of nature to be in which is the other thing we were wanting. 2. Patrick provided excellent recommendations about which resorts were going to match our budget and our desires. I thought that Sandals would be out of reach but he was able to find a great deal for us! 3. Patrick was incredibly helpful in planning out the details of our stay. He helped me figure out the travel details and especially in navigating the stresses of JetBlue cancelling our flights 4 times. He helped me book terrific excursions that matched what my wife was interested in doing. 4. I forgot to do our travel clearance to visit St. Lucia in the stress of the week before the wedding and needed to rush to fill out and get the paperwork cleared. Patrick offered to hop on the phone to wait and talk to someone in the government to get the paperwork processed. Thankfully that wasn't needed and the forms cleared without extra phone calls needed, but just him offering to do that was so generous and him seriously going above and beyond in his services. Patrick helped us plan a honeymoon that I will never forget and made the process so incredibly easy. Going to use his services as often as I can to plan vacations and will eagerly encourage everyone I know to go through his services. Don't hesistate, just go with him.

Ron closed his Travel of Orange office over two years ago and works from his home, which makes it…read morenearly impossible to do business with him and when things go wrong with what he sold you, basically, "You are out of luck." Ron did not want to assist my husband and I in getting refunded for British Airways tickets $3,107.60 plus other related costs for a total of $4,243,60. His commission on airfare was $556.00. Ron's commission for booking air is the highest I have encountered in Orange County. On 9/24/2021 at LAX we could not board our British Airways flight because we could not obtain the Romania Passenger Locator/Covid form online. Ron a seasoned travel agent did not know the two Covid requirements for boarding British Airways and sold us a product (British Airways e-tickets) we could not use. We should have had this information from Ron about the required forms. Ron informed us we were entered as "no show" and all eight tickets were null and void. We had to repurchase all eight tickets and pay his commission again so we could fly on 9/25/2021. On 10/23, British Airways agent at the airport in Dubrovnik showed us on the computer our double-booked seats on our return flights. Ron should have not resold us four tickets for our return flights. Ron was deceitful and claimed he knew nothing about the double booking. He should have checked our locator record and it would have shown him we already had four booked seats for our return flights. We should have only purchased four tickets and not another eight tickets. While on trip in September 2021 I asked Ron for his letter with his involvement with British Airways. Informed Ron I called CapitalOne VISA 10/23/2021, and I have 90 days to contest the $3,107.60 for paying twice for airfare. Needed Ron's letter so it was not hearsay on my part. His letter was received 2/22/2022. Called CapitalOne VISA 2/22 and was informed time ran out. Loss $3,107.60. Ron sold us Chubb Travel Protection Insurance, "Cancel for any reason," he informed us you pay more for this protection and can cancel even if you did not want to go on the trip. He told us to file a claim with Chubb on the loss airfare and other related costs. Claim was denied. Ron did not know why claim was denied, he showed no remorse and did not assist us in calling his Chubb rep. Again, he told us to refile claim. Again, claim was denied. Repeatedly asked for a copy of policy and never received it. Ron has numerous excuses as to why he cannot assist you and did not reply to my husband's and my numerous phone calls and texts. He makes umpteen false promises that he does not keep, has no follow-up skills, and enjoys upselling his clients, so he can earn higher commissions. Ron's upselling Journeys private tours in Croatia were not delivered because of an earthquake. Since 10/25/2021 we have been trying to have Ron obtain a partial refund from Journeys. Ron was misleading in his sales practices upselling us private tours, Chubb "Cancel for any reason," travel insurance, and British Airways e-tickets. We loss $1,687.14 Chubb travel insurance and $4,243.60 for airline tickets and related costs doing business with Ron. Ron did not know British Airways office address to file a claim. He is not a full-service travel agent. Ron has ghosted us and had no intentions of assisting us in getting our refunds. Ron has lost his passion for working in the travel industry. Cat D. Orange, CA

We originally attempted to plan everything ourselves--flights, hotels, transportation, sightseeing--but quickly realized how overwhelming it was to manage all the moving pieces. That's when we decided to try a travel agent (with all the online travel booking sites, I didn't even realize they still existed!) And we are so incredibly grateful we did! From the very first conversation, Natalie took the time to understand our family's needs, interests, and travel style. She handled everything--airfare, hotel reservations, ground transportation, activities, and dining recommendations--with such care, attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm. She even thought of things we hadn't considered, and her advice elevated our trip in ways we never expected. One of the most helpful tools she provided was the TripPlan app, which housed our complete itinerary, step-by-step check-in instructions, flight details, hotel info, and all our travel arrangements organized by day and location. It also included Natalie's personalized suggestions, travel tips, and hidden gems for each destination. That app became our travel bible--it truly made the experience seamless and stress-free. What really stood out was how much Natalie cares. She clearly has deep knowledge of each destination and it shows in the thoughtful touches and curated experiences she builds into her plans. She went above and beyond to ensure that our family had a memorable and meaningful vacation, and we felt fully supported every step of the way. Natalie didn't just help us plan a vacation--she helped us create lifelong memories. We can't thank her enough and are already looking forward to working with her again for our next adventure.
