They were supposed to put on my snow tires and I agreed to a time. Then collision called me back furious. Telling me they do not have a tire-changing machine in their shop. I could go I went 4 weeks without my car. Funny how they got to it at the end of my rental agreement? lol. on They blamed me and my claims examiner for them having car in lot for weeks unlocked. They charged me $2,000 they had my truck for 2 days. $1,600 for labor and around $400 for a part. They still couldn't find the problem, now my keys won't lock my doors. They said to bring it back and they will keep looking for the radio problem and it will cost me another $1,500 and a part that could cost me $400-$1,200. Frenchie wouldn't help me he just sends me to someone else, he lies when he says every customer is satisfied. I will never take my vehicle there again.

One star is about 5 stars too many for this place…read more I should have listened to my instincts when I first arrived here. The guy at the counter (store manager Mike Kearing) printed off my work order and told me to take it out into the shop (watch my step) and give it to the shop manager. Normally shops do not allow customers into the service area. Apparently the guy at the counter is too lazy to bring the work order into the shop. So I bring out the work order. The guy out there says "white letters in or out". I said out. He said "your husband must clean your tires". Really? Should that be any concern of his who cleans my tires? Over $87 to change 2 tires when the site I bought the tires from quotes $58 for them to do the job. The store manager (or owner, not sure which-the guy at the counter) claimed it took well over an hour to change tires that size (315/75R16), claimed they were a real pain (how would he know when he can't even get out of his chair to deliver a work order). Funny thing, just one week ago I had 2 rear tires plus my spare(so 3 tires) of the same size changed at Laplante tire in massena and it didn't even take 1/2 hour. Store manager couldn't find my keys when I left.....he had one of the young mechanics take me into the shop to find my keys". The 2 young mechanics (one of them was kind enough to tell me his positive experience with tires just like I bought) looked in the shop-no keys. They went back out and found my keys right on the store manager's desk right by his keyboard where he was sitting and couldn't find them. This place is a sad joke. So I was mad enough about just getting totally ripped off by this skeevy place, but it gets better. On the way home, my truck seemed to pop out of gear (it's an automatic) and every gear including reverse now acts like neutral. I had to get towed the rest of the way. My truck has never had transmission problems so it is quite the coincidence this happened before I even made it home from this sketchy garage. I'm assuming they knocked a wire or sensor loose, but who knows. So I have a truck sitting in my yard with new tires but now it won't go anywhere. I also have a much larger credit card charge than I should have had. STEER CLEAR OF POTSDAM TIRE! This place is creepy and a complete rip off. Update-I noticed yesterday this place also trashed one of my tires that would have been a perfectly good spare. What kind of "tire shop" can't break down a tire without trashing the bead? This place should be out of business.

When in for regular service this spring at my local garage I was told the truck was no longer drivable due to the rusted condition of the frame and would not pass NY State inspection. They made moving to Colton from Boston more enjoyable- kind of like a Cheers location "where everyone knows your name". They came and gave me enough fuel for the evening and then helped me set up an account the next day. They have these handy sensors that go on top of your tank that tell them when your tank is getting low and they then schedule a delivery, that certainly beats having to guess if the gauge is accurate. I'd highly recommend them, they truly do care.

On 2/7/23 I left my truck at Regan's to have a O2 sensor put in and have the lower radiator hose…read moreclamps checked because there was some anti-freeze leaking from that area on 2/4/23 when it was -25 degrees in the morning when I started it. The day I dropped the truck off, the service writer Austin called me around 9:30 and told me the truck was done. One of the hose clamps was changed last year so I asked him if they had to change the old rusted clamp and he told me yes. After I picked the truck up and got it home I checked to see what they put on for a clamp and the old one was still on the radiator hose. They didn't change either radiator hose clamp but they charged me for doing it. Today was the first day I was able to get to Regan's before they closed and I talked to Austin about It and he wouldn't do anything about it. He just told me they wouldn't charge me for something they didn't do but the same clamps were on the hoses that were on them when I dropped the truck off. There was no heavy or pushy sales pitches to get me to purchase and they even put the vehicle up on a ramp for me to inspect the underneath. When I picked the vehicle up the next day Mike explained every little detail on the paperwork before signing. He spent at least an hour with my wife and I showing us every feature and how it works on the vehicle. It was a pleasure to deal with him and I highly recommend doing business with them.
