Unbelievably bad customer service. Charged insurance company $12,000 for a plain 27' replacement…read morepool. Did not do all the work quoted. Fought over the pool not fitting the existing deck with dangerous 6" gaps left all round and told "not thier problem", still unresolved. 10 months on a pipe split, and pressure gauge broken. Doug will charge $200 for a service charge but admitted the pipe and gauge were low quality! I fixed the pipe and was willing to fix the gauge only asking for a replacement $7 gauge, and i was told to drive in to Dartmouth and i could buy one from them! Companies survive on recommendations, i would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Gave the company every opportunity to demonstrate some kind of principle or quality values and was told "get your lawyer to contact my lawyer". I rest my case.

A family run horse ranch, Serenity Acres is a great experience. From the moment we arrived, we were…read morewarmly greeted. We were given a tour of the stables along with the history of the stables. From there we were introduced to the horses we were going to ride. We were invited into the horse stalls as the horses were groomed so the horses could get familiar with us. Once the horses were ready and saddled, we went outside where we were properly shown how to mount and dismount the horse. Off to the trail. The ride was a very relaxing hour horse ride through some trails, guided by Kristy, one of the owners. She gave us a history of the area as we rode, talked out the horses and all the while made sure everyone was good. The horses were very familiar with the area and very comfortable around people. All in all it was a very fun, relaxing hour. Upon returning, we were helped in dismounting. Once off, we had a brief chat with our tour guide, Kristy. She invited us to use the pool or saltwater hot tub they have on site. Perhaps on our next trip. My wife and I would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone looking to go horseback riding. We were extremely comfortable and the horses were exceptionally well looked after. All in all, a great trip.

i went for a horseback riding today (sept. 15th 19)…read more the moment my girlfriend and i got there we were treated like we were a part of they're family. we both got to know each other and everything felt comfortable. taught us the basics (our first time riding) then introduced us to the horses that we were going to take for a trail ride. the ride was really beautiful, calm, relaxed, everything we were looking for was all there. after the ride we went to meet and pet other horses and donkeys. i would suggest this place any day. right when i got back in the car with my girlfriend, she told me right away that we need to come back for a horseback riding again very soon. i would rate 6/5 stars if i could. thank you so much everything was perfect

They've also been the same with my Pool. They are the best company to deal with. I can see why they're very busy.

Worst customer service company. Bought a heat pump from them and they wouldn't service it. It was…read morea problem with the pipes, not the refrigerant, so McBurney should have fixed the product they sold and installed. When they installed the heat pump, they didn't put in a shut off to bypass the heat pump when starting up for the season ( not supposed to run the pump until you get chemicals/ph balanced), or if repairs needed. Lack of a shut off/bypass can lead to damage to the heat pump - which they will then not service. When pool turned green one summer I made many trips to their shop where they sold me many expensive chemicals that did not work. Finally contacted another company who said the sand in the filter simply needed to be changed. Pool was crystal clear after new sand - shouldn't McBurney have known to do this first before having me spend hundreds of dollars on useless chemicals?? We went back to the shop numerous times and were just sold more useless, expensive chemicals each time. There was never a mention of changing the sand in the filter.
