Bad Business Practices! I went in for an oil change before a 3-day road trip, someone forgot to put the front screws back on the Aero Cover, the next day I'm on the highway and the pan drops down and starts dragging on the highway. After a scary several minutes trying to get off the highway and find a service station we found out the issue, although they didn't have the parts we needed, we got it fixed well enough to get home. I contacted the owner of Star Lube who said he would send me a replacement part, which I did not get. I kept calling to see when the part would arrive but the owner started avoiding my calls and has never remedied the situation. This is now going to cost me upwards of $450 to replace the Aero Cover that is ruined. read more

overpriced, rushed service, annoyed customer service, and won't honor their own coupons. I gave them a shot today because I am right down the road and because I received a coupon from them which expired today (they wouldn't honor it, even tho common practice is the deal is still good until end of day) but I will not be returning. read more

The service was quick and efficient. The service person that helped me was very courteous and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and let me know that would need care.in the near future. I highly recommend giving them a try. read more

Star Lube of Centerton. This is a warning to anyone who may decide to utilize these guys. Don't. Spent nearly $1000 on 2/22/23 for an oil change, new spark plugs, new coil packs, etc. Driving today, one of my brand new coil packs went out. While I was driving. Almost was rear ended because I was in traffic with my child. We took our car to VW this morning because we weren't sure exactly what was wrong. There, they tell us we need another new coil pack. $300 for one. I call Jason at Star Lube and ask what I need to do about getting part of my money back. He calls and talks to his manager, who tells him that because I took it to VW instead of them it voided the warranty. Period. So because I took my car to the closest VW certified mechanic instead of driving it all the way to this place, I can't get any of my money back. Now mind you we've spent a pretty penny at this shop over the years... guess that is not worth anything. Now I'm out of a car until Tuesday.... AGAIN. Because someone is either incompetent and didn't install it correctly, OR they sell defective products. But regardless, their customer service is actually terrible. I'll gladly go back to VW where I know I'm getting quality work and products. read more

Was in for an oil change. Guys went out of their way to help with a broken part on my vehicle. Service was great very friendly truly appreciated the extra help. Prices are a bit high. Only carry synthetic blends. read more

Found my new oil change place. Fast service, checked all my lights and fluids, and does a decent job vacuuming even for my minivan that has not seen a vacuum cleaner for some time! Staff was friendly. Waiting minutes for my service, not hours. read more

Second time customer. Good amateurs at best. Mediocre work with unprofessional service. They did a tire rotation on my vehicle without consent and then charged me for it(after already unexpectedly paying $100 out of pocket for another concern). Didn't have a nail in my tire before now I do. And best of all they didn't even fill up my fluid on brakes after I just spent over $200 for services and light is still on. Wow. Also, they cannot, i mean cannot....accept accountability for their actions. Not all grown ups are cut out for business. read more

This is the worst kind of place. They will screw you over in anyway they can to take your money. My fiancé asked for his bearing to be changed and they told us we needed to get a bunch of other things fixed that we didn't want done and charged us $700. We picked up his car the next day and left and still had the same problem we brought it there for. They told us to bring it back and they would fix it. It was exactly what we knew needed to be replaced. The bearing! Then they still charged us $200 more!!! So $900 total! Now neither one of us are mechanics and we knew exactly what was wrong and what we wanted fixed but they wanted to get as much money out of us as possible. At such a terrible time too while everyone is struggling from this corona virus, this business is ripping people off! They do good work, but their people are a little abrasive. We brought our car to do some work, but they actually broke a part and had to keep it longer to get another one of the parts they broke. They charged us $100 more than what they quoted, and I can only assume that's because they charged us for the labor to fix the part they broke while thinking they were doing us a favor by paying for the part. Now we can't afford to eat because we budgeted our money for the price they quoted. But...at least the car is fixed. So much for being honorable and convenient. This is the kind of thing that makes mechanics untrustworthy. read more

This is the worst kind of scam operation. Said I wanted my bearings changed. Charged me 700 dollars to change everything BUT the bearings. Drive it home and the bearings start going out. Bring it back and they charged me another 200 to change the bearings they didn't change in the first place. Horrible experience, snidely, crooked staff. Steve and his business is a criminal enterprise taking advantage of anyone who just needs a simple auto repair. If you want an affordable, reliable, auto repair, this is the LAST place to take your vehicle. read more

I had my oil changed here for the first time. I am very satisfied. I came after work and they were finished so quickly. They also vacuumed my rugs which was a nice plus. They also don't over charge, which is appreciated. I was going somewhere else and they always over charged. I will def be coming here for all oil changes and any work I need done. read more
