I am revising my review now that I have a contractor fixing my basement. I am frustrated because I hired this guy thinking that he knew what he was doing and it is clear that he did not. I have several walls that are not straight. We are talking off 1 1/2 inches from the top to the bottom of the wall. My ceiling cracked along the joints and seams after the drywall was put in place and the ceiling sprayed. My shower was put up with concrete board but nothing was floated into the seams to waterproof. My shower head doesn't have clips to hold it in place and is moving. The handle to my shower faucet was put on incorrectly. My flooring was not put in straight to the walls and was off over 2 inches. The drywall is a mess and not smooth. The list goes on and on. This contractor claims to know what he is doing but it is very obvious that he doesn't. When I said something to him regarding the job he was doing on my floor, he got really upset. Obscenities were being yelled and several pieces of my flooring were thrown into my walls making dents. On his way out, he threatened me not to post anything on the internet. I will not be intimidated by this contractor. People need to know that he is not a competent contractor. Project was scheduled to be done in 3 months and I asked him to leave at 5 months and one week and still not finished. He also asked me for money to get the remaining supplies before the payment was due. He said he was short on money...never a good sign.

Krystal and Kevin Sperry currently operates out of Henry County Missouri and Krystal also goes by Krystal Turner on some of her documents. Just copy and paste the link and watch the video slideshow I made of the work they did. The photos say it all. I also will use this review section to give my review of the character of the company. They have spread slanderous information to some in the community in an attempt to discredit me in anticipation of this information coming to light. Already in possession of a text sent showing this. Some of the slander was to say I ran out of money and that is why I let them go. Obviously I have bank statements to confirm that as obvious slander as that is certainly not the case and can easily be presented in a court of law.

We were scheduled to use this business for a remodeling project until several days before closing, she ghosted. There is no way to reach out to her husband, Kevin Sperry who actual does the work so we were just screwed. They will take your money and run. I would never want someone to use this company in the future.
