They have spread slanderous information to some in the community in an attempt to discredit me in anticipation of this information coming to light. Already in possession of a text sent showing this. Some of the slander was to say I ran out of money and that is why I let them go. Obviously I have bank statements to confirm that as obvious slander as that is certainly not the case and can easily be presented in a court of law.

Here's my response to the attempt of justifications below: I've found other companies willing to complete the job for LESS THAN HALF as much, and they were willing to be transparent and provide their hourly rate and material costs separately. You can try to butter up the readers with details in your story, but this was a simple job requiring 2 holes from the attic, where the detectors would go. A 3rd hole leading outside from the attic since wiring was required from the attic to the garage and it did have to go from the exterior of the house (in a conduit). And last thing, from inside the garage into the room (basement) they're both on the same level and a common wall between the garage and this basement room is shared. You have my number, give me a call and we can discuss it more on the phone if you have any confusions about the job. But be honest with the people, you have been in business 20+ years? I don't know how, but do your best to be honest!
