The worst customer service ever. Called for three weeks and every day same story that he would call back and never did. I went to them and the fat slob was just to lazy to check. Way over priced and horrible....absolutely horrible customer service. Took multiple phone calls to get the part. When they said that they'd call me back. Guess what?, they never did. Said the part would be $135 and $20 shipping. So $155 right? Wrong. Charged me $27 shipping on the part which weighs 2 lbs and I am also in Georgia. Also charged tax not only on the part but also on the shipping! I could have driven there for cheaper. So all told I was charged $177 for a part which I could have gotten brand new from Honda for $210. When I called they offered nothing and just said tough luck. Part was scratched and damaged as well. I'd rather cut off my middle finger and ship it to them for $27 then to deal with them again. read more

Purchased a carburetor slide which weighed 1.8 ounces and it was shipped 130 miles to me by UPS. I was charged $22.88 for shipping which took 5 days although 1 of those was a Sunday. I wasn't given a option on shipping nor was I made aware of what the shipping would be. I was told the item would be $75.00 when I gave them my credit card number. This was my 1st and last order with these folks. Also, the price of the slide wasn't a super deal and I was charged tax which made a $75.00 item turn into a $104.73 item.
