Cheryl left us activity logs explaining the things she did with our "babies" from watering them to playing with them. Our old cat (who is over 15) even came out and was very affectionate with Cheryl. You have to understand how shy Basil is with strangers to appreciate that significant moment. It warmed my heart tremendously to see Basil and Cheryl interact together. If a pet is having even a minor health issue, you need to alert the owner. 3: I left a bag of treats with the request that they only got 1 or 2 a few times a day, too many makes them vomit. The 13 oz bag was half gone when returned. Pros: They have covered outdoor runs - important for small dogs that are easily snatched by larger birds of prey. The staff at Pinebrook took care of her needs, made sure she was fed and comfortable. They didn't just take her lead and run away at drop off. They stayed with us for about 10-15 minutes, getting to know more about Ellie so they could ensure a successful stay. One of the things I like about Pinebrook is there commitment to one on one play time with your pet. Traditional kennels put your dog in a setting with about 40 other dogs and depending on how your dog reacts, they might be absolutely terrified. At PineBrook, they take your dog alone and give them devoted playtime. The fact alone that Ellie was able to romp around in a clean fenced in area with the freedom to sniff and not be anxious is worth the 5 stars alone. Mind you, the dogs get central air in the summer.
