High winds but these enclosures are built to take it. With our roof pitch, posts and perlings, the designer NAILED it, and all online. The installers were incredible. We could not be happier! I also want to say during the design face time, Clint noticed our metal rails and recommended we not do clear panels all the way because the cold metal touching the clear plastic can cause it to harden and crack during cold weather. We opted to do the clear above the rails for longevity. Our deck is now all weather!

I reached out for a deep cleaning and I was quoted $385 for 12pm-6pm. They said a deep clean was…read moretop to bottom, cobwebs and all so thats what I had expected. When they first arrived they made quick work starting in the kitchen and moved towards the other rooms. I will say our home was very messy and there was a lot to be organized. So I was initially impressed by how quick they were working. The power went out about half way through, came back then went out again not long after. They rushed through the vacuuming and mopping when the power had come back and when it went out the second time they said that everything except the master bedroom was done and would take $30 off but if I wanted them to come back and finish it, they would and only charge me the $30 they took off. i didn't get to inspect everything since the power was out and it was dark but I paid them $355 and when I inspected the areas they cleaned, I noticed it wasn't exactly deep cleaned in some areas. they didn't get the cobwebs, there were mouse droppings and dust left on top of the fire place in the living room, spots missed on floor after vacuuming and mopping, lots of things like that. Some of the areas they did do they did well like the bathroom and they helped me get the living room cleared where it is now usable when it was a huge cluttered mess before, which I am grateful for. I just wished that I received a truly deep clean for the price I paid. Especially because they quoted me for 6 hours of work, worked for 4 and left it unfinished. telling me it was all done besides the master bedroom. I texted the next day with my concerns of the areas they missed and asking if they would come and finish along with the master and never received a response. I was impressed by their speed but in their rushing, they missed some spots. Not very detail oriented and I wasn't entirely satisfied with their standard of cleaning if they truly felt like they got everything done except for the master bedroom. If your home isn't overly dirty and messy, you probably wouldn't mind their cleaning services.
