The staff is very friendly and laid back, as to be expected from the culture, so it fits the vibe. They seem fairly knowledgeable on a variety of different equipment setups/uses and the pass itself. They gave me a decent setup when I did a season rental and gave me the option to swap out gear. They also setup my first board (that I bought from the shop) and has a decent sale/deal going on that helped buying my equipment relatively painless. I usually stop by this shop 2-3 times per season to see what's in stock, service my board, etc.

This place is for the elite and those who have money, which is so sad because I don't think I'd be able to get into skiing/snowboarding if it was like this when I was a kid. We are lucky enough to make this work for our kids but it is a huge stretch. Please make it so people can try these awesome snow sports without taking a loan out!
