Then I had an issue after a service I received. Because of the potential impact it could have had to my automobile, I was emotional, so I went in to voice my concern. The first technician, "J", I dealt with should NEVER be allowed to resolve customer issues, probably the worst I have ever seen in 40+ years in retail. Probably damaging the businesses reputation with others. He called Cody the owner, I waited, Cody drove in to meet me. He listened, understood, then simply resolved my problem. I was not looking for something free, or a refund, but some type of solution. Cody delivered. This guy gets it, and I will be a loyal CF customer for life.
