I had a follow-up appointment in 6 months. I took time off from work and when I arrived I was told there was no record of my appointment, the computers had gone down had erased them. I would need to reschedule. What kind of management is this? My time is important and when I rearrange my schedule to fit theirs I expect them to have respect for my time.

Again told in a few minutes. At 2:30 I said I had a 3:30 visit with a practice that will not see a patient (established or not) if late AT ALL. Said I have to be out by 3:15. Reception told me the new patient visit would take 1.5 hours. Said I was never told that prior to the visit nor during the several times I went to the window. Got taken back with metrics done for eyes. Waited until 3:02 at which time I went to reception saying I didn't want to have a visit with the doc that was a few minutes long. At 3:09 I left. I'm sure the office doesn't care that I won't be back. I noted the rest of the geriatric gang (of which I am one) didn't say a word about the tardiness or wait. My time is as important as the next person's.

The film on the left lens of my glasses was unfortunately breaking down and making vision blurry in…read morethat eye. I hadn't had my eyes checked in a couple years so I decided to get that taken care of in the same visit. Dr. Erickson was very thorough examining my eyes and he was friendly as well. I was hoping that I could get just the film on my glasses replaced instead of the whole lens, but sadly my vision worsened a little and I had to get brand new lenses anyway. Apparently there is a $40 charge to replace lenses if you bring your own frames, but my insurance completely covered most of the frames offered here. There is a really nice variety of both practical and designer looks. They are very patient with you and want you to try everything to make sure you find something you like. The employees here are polite and want to make you feel comfortable. Even in the waiting room, hot drinks and cookies are offered. You can tell they try to go the extra mile for you. I am very happy with my new glasses and I won't hesitate to come back here.
