Followed up twice on the email to digitally fill out the paperwork, which was never received. Drove all the way to the office to fill out the paperwork on their computer, which saves information typed in with auto-fill on the browser. Got into the room with the chiropractor, only to find out that they dont take my insurance because of some third-party complication they don't want to handle. They wanted to charge me over $200 for the first visit and over $100 for each additional visit. I would give them zero stars if I could for making me feel extorted and wasting the only day I had available to see a chiropractor.
