However, when I saw Dr. Chang, she could not find these 11 cavities :-) She commended me on my dental hygiene, and sent me on my way. These qualities are so hard to find in one dentist, and I honestly saw a string of not-so-great dentists before seeing her. This makes me appreciate her even more! The office manager Brenda is the heart and soul of this place she knows everyone by first name and keeps track of what you need and when. One day she was not there and I just felt like I had to ask if she was OK - it was just strange not seeing her :) The rest of the staff is just as great - they are attentive and always genuinely happy to see you and most of all they do a great job too. Now Dr. Greenbaum himself really makes sure you understand everything he is doing, he has this calm (almost fatherly) way of explaining what you need and what is going on - you just have to trust him! To me this is important as I generally don't like the idea of any dental work done - just uncomfortable - this place however helps you relax and feel as comfortable as possible so you will walk out with a big happy smile on your face!

They were able to resolve my pain from a botched, veneer and crown replacement. I had chosen them for the options of sedation in case I felt they needed it, and just knowing that they were so sympathetic to people who are nervous about treatment, helped to keep me calm. After six weeks of horrific pain, the root canal they did finally put me back on the right track. We are now working together on my Invisalign journey, and I couldn't be happier. They are very responsive with questions, never dismissive. The entire staff and providers are patient, and answer all questions thoroughly. I recommend them to anyone.

After talking to dentists in my family (my uncle is practicing and my brother-in-law will be soon), we determined that Deborah Tabb is simply trying to bill both the patient and insurance for as much as possible. In addition, she is smart enough to avoid damaging her ZocDoc rating. Her technique was to cancel the appointment I booked for her through the ZocDoc, and then affirm the appointment when I called in.
