He also treated me for my dark spots on my face which I had just accepted they came with age. He prescribed a 12 week treatment and it's been six weeks. The treatment has felt like my face is on fire but moisturizing several times a day soothes the skin. I am pleased with the healing process of my mole and noticeable difference in my dark spots. As a person who has dealt with some severe allergy issues for years and been to numerous allergy…read moreclinics, I feel like I can write with a fair bit of authority here. Dr. Palmer, well, he is ok. Doctors are doctors and they are better than everyone, right? It's his support staff of nurses, techs and nurse practitioner Nancy who make this clinic run smoothly and such a wonderful place to come for treatment. I love the way they do their allergy testing. It is so much more thorough and safe than other places I have been. They don't just do the scratch tests, they do individual injections of a tiny microscopic drop of each serum. It takes a lot longer, but it is way more accurate. For food allergies, they sent me for RAST tests beause they have a policy that skin tests for food allergies can be too dangerous. I am currently undergoing a 3-5 year immunotherapy treatment plan. For you inexperienced (lucky) un-allergic folks, that is weekly allergy shots to hopefully reduce or cure my symptoms. I go to the clinic once or twice a week and get two shots each visit, one in each arm. Allergy shots are very expensive, even with insurance, but this clinic makes it affordable and lets you carry a balance and pay it off in bits as you go along. They wouldn't deny you your shot if you couldn't pay that day. I never thought I could get allergy shots because of the cost but this clinic made it possible for me. Their hours for shots are on a walk-in basis and I have never had to wait. I walk in, sign in and I am always called back to be injected before I even have a chance to sit down. In and out and back to work in no time, I love it. Another big plus to this office is that down the road there is a potential option to continue your treatment from home by giving yourself the injection and only coming into the office periodically for check ups and supplies! If you suspect you have allergies, get tested at Dr. Palmer's office. If you already know you have allergies and want to get better, consider immunotherapy. It will change your life.

I was so excited, and I trusted this place because it was connected to my longtime family dr's practice. When I initially went in they said I was a good candidate and after I paid things were good to go. It was extremely painful and after my first session I had large red dashes all over my entire body where the laser had burnt me. The lady assured me this was normal, and since I have a naturally darker skin tone the lasers will pick up on that and burn my skin a little. After going back for a few sessions and asking around I found out this was not normal, and I stopped going in for treatments. Keep in mind I was a naive 19 year old at the time. So I just figured I was out the money. Fast forward a couple of years later, I had a really really bad bout of cystic acne, and out of desperation I returned to this practice to see if their laser treatment could help me, since I still had a remaining balance that I had paid in cash, and I saw one of their advertisements at my Drs office. Rather than actually do a consultation and help me, they did the laser treatment to use up the remaining balance that I had, and assured me it would help. It did not. It made it 10x worse, and left me with severe acne scarring that I have had to work hard to correct over the past couple of years. Luckily, I have not been back. When I finally got up the courage to call and tell them about my experience, they were dismissive and brushed me off. Such a waste of money and time. They were very nice when I was giving them my money but I just wish they would have had my best interests in mind. I felt taken advantage of and tricked.
