The Doctors and Hygienist are skilled, however the front desk could be better. To make an appointment they ask for multiple forms of ID which seems ridiculous. When I asked why so much info was needed they rudely hung-up. This is unacceptable and I won't give them any more business. I'm guessing they're selling contact info that is worth more if it is recent. After an evaluation they proposed a procedure that included removing a number of healthy teeth. I decided to get a second opinion which was less extreme and the cost was significantly less. I shared this with East Oaks and they re-considered the procedure and price. It was difficult to get detailed list of costs such as what insurance would cover. I had to ask 3x and didn't get all the info until the procedure was started. Even at the end of the (common) procedure they said a detail was omitted and the cost would be more. WTF? They should have admitted the error and covered the difference! I'm sure there are a number of dental businesses that take advantage of the billing ecosystem. However, if patient can't get all of the information up-front and has unnecessary work suggested that's an issue with the office.

She is 24 and offered to make payments and she said no and demanded she pay it all the next day at 9am. This is one week after my wife canceled her phone appointment because of her attitude. The doctors are great but lost 3 patients over the office managers poor behavior. Maybe they are desperate for money but this is a small amount and would be paid within a month. To lose 3 patients over working with a 24 year old to make a couple of payments is bad business.
