They're excellent about referrals and followup care, and are very good at reminding you of any and all future appointments. They're also very accommodating when it comes to paying bills. My doctor is Dr. Kristy magee and she is the best doctor I've ever had. in my 20 years of seeing her she has always been very compassionate of all my illnesses. My husband also goes to her as well and she has helped us through many situations that other doctors would have a wait-and-see attitude. 2 years ago when my husband was very sick she even gave us her cell phone number to contact her if there were any changes in his health. The staff is always very friendly and helpful at both Sanford and Lake Mary office. Like all doctors offices, they are overwhelmed so you will have to stay on top of things if you want to get your results.
