After going to Dr.Marra specifically for sedation dentistry he told me I didn't need it. I never returned bc of my fear. Now 5 yrs later I have so many issues. I called his office today and he personally called me back to tell me I was wasting his time because five years ago I never came back out of fear. He told me I was trying to guilt trip him when I told him how bad it was and why I didn't come back. He was arrogant, cruel pan's condescending. He deserves to lose his license.

He is unfailingly calm, and very good at clearly explaining his plans. He is an efficient surgeon, and even with the difficult extractions our son had, able to complete the work with very little post-operative problems.(Let's be honest, oral surgery and its after effects are very uncomfortable.) I myself have had some extremely unpleasant post-op experiences with other, now mercifully retired, surgeons, and we have all heard horror stories. His practice is very well run and pleasant. We seldom have to wait very long for service, and it is easy to get an appointment. I would without any hesitation recommend this practice, and the more severe your condition, the stronger I would urge you to take a look.

The first two dentists I called didn't give me a good feeling. I called Dr Strumfeld's office and he answered the phone. We discussed my problem over the phone and he invited me in to pick up papers to come in following monday for xrays. Even leaving me with encouraging words over the phone. I arrived for xrays and was taught alot about my teeth and some misconceptions I had about my teeth. After teaching me about this stuff for over and hour he arrived upon a plan to fix my teeth fully with several extractions and fillings, for a very reasonable price. He was also very kind and inspirational, telling me that I can turn things around for my teeth and my health. It's always been hard for me to find and keep a good dentist but I respect Charles very much and hope to work with him as long as I live nearby! ***Update*** I got work done by Dr Strumfeld about two weeks ago now. He did many fillings and an extraction. He has fixed most of my problems quite affordably, and I'm feeling great about the whole situation. In all my life I never had a dentist that I looked forward to the visit. That all changed when Dr. V took over the office. I have had three crowns replaced and they are still going strong and fit perfectly. He uses the strongest materials and does not use metal. He is very attentive to your needs and always makes sure you are completely numb in the area he works on. He checks constantly on your comfort level. I can tell when he is working on my teeth that he is a perfectionist, checking and double checking everything. I have had zero pain when he works on my teeth and that is the comfort we should all expect. His staff is exceptional, attentive, and the best all around. They even worked with my insurance to remove extra charges that should have been covered. Really surprised at the 1 star comments, but I am sure that is his competitors using bots to downrate him.
