I was given a bottle of water to tide me over before my appointment. Little things like that make a big difference. I had an implant that had fallen into disrepair and was unusable. Dr. Choi had the arduous task of removing the implant close to the nerve. He was able to perform the task with a minimum of discomfort and time spent in the office. During the procedure, Dr. Choi was entertaining, personable, and humorous. I had a great time talking to him and the hygienist was actively engaged in her work and the conversation we were having. I normally don't get too ecstatic about dental procedures; however, he managed to make it a pleasant experience. We just clicked, and I felt the experience was rewarding. He gave excellent instruction for after care, which resulted in only a small amount of pain. His follow up appointment was quick and made me feel comfortable that everything went smoothly. I am really glad that my dentist (Dr. Erin Paige) recommended him. Bravo!

The initial warm welcome I received was nice and appreciated, also noticed that everyone was smiling. As a tech enthusiast, I was handed an iPad to complete my check in paperwork so I appreciated the used of technology which made it more seamless. I mean who uses pen and paper anymore? I'm not much of a stickler for time as I was greeted shortly after my appointment time but when I was greeted by my initial tech, forgive me I forgot her name I forgot all about it. She was very nice and provided clear explanations of we were doing and next steps which was nice to be apart of process. THEN I was introduced to my Dental Hygenist Amanda who is a .
