My 15 yo brother sees her too and he he actually likes talking to her. She treats him very kindly. I've been meaning to write this review for a while, but I'm a procrastinator. What prompted me to finally write it, is that recently I've made the decision to do micro needling, which looks scary to me, but I found out Callie is the person who does those, so I'm not quite as nervous as I was before. I did visit Dr. Shapiro many years ago and I was pleased with my experience. There were many new support staff on my recent visit and the assistant I interacted with was phenomenal. She was both extremely kind and knowledgeable. I'm having a forgetful moment, but her name starts with an L and she's a brunette. My wife has had dementia since 02/2016. Dr Nolan knows this. We have dual appointments so I can help. Today, Dr Nolan entered the room for a follow up to freeze 2 pre-cancerous spots on Cathy. I had removed the necessary clothing and the doctor entered the room, grabbed the liquid nitrogen without any comment or warning to my wife and began shooting the burning liquid onto her. As I got up to console my wife who was now very upset, the doctor moved on and sprayed the frozen liquid onto my wife's scalp, without comment again. The doctor bolted from the room and her nurse assistant explained follow up care. As the assistant was leaving the room, I asked her to relay to the doctor that I thought her interaction with my wife was very inappropriate. She said that she would do so. As I struggled to get my wife, who remained upset, dressed, the nurse returned and asked if she could help. No comment/apology from Dr. Bridgit Nolan.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Water's Edge Dermatology…read more Four weeks ago, Kristen, the manager in the Jupiter office, scheduled me for a surgical procedure in the Port St. Lucie office with Anna Iskander. The appointment was confirmed multiple times, including one week before and again four days before the procedure. On the day of my appointment, I drove nearly three hours round trip, took time off from work, checked in on time, paid my copay, and waited 37 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I was then taken to an exam room and told to wait another 10 minutes before an administrator informed me that my appointment had been scheduled "by mistake" because Anna Iskander was not even in the office that day. I was simply told there was nothing they could do. I immediately called the Jupiter office and spoke with Kristen, only to receive what I felt were misleading explanations instead of accountability or a sincere apology. At no point did anyone demonstrate empathy for the time, expense, and inconvenience they had caused. This experience reflects an organization that appears to prioritize volume over patient care. The scheduling was disorganized, the communication was poor, and the customer service was among the worst I have experienced in a medical practice. I cannot recommend Water's Edge Dermatology. If you value professionalism, organization, and respect for your time, I would encourage you to seek care elsewhere.

He was always neat looking like a doctor should along with the office being very clean and orderly. I never commented on his excellent service but now after trying at least five other dermatologists that fail to give you a proper examination that I am accustomed to. Departments do not communicate between each other adequately and they have failed to refill my prescription after prescription refill appointments not once but twice in the last two years, resulting in painful weeks waiting for my medication. I've currently been calling and leaving messages every day this week begging for the refill I paid to have done two months ago with no response from any practitioner.
