I am a Water's Edge Dermatology patient at the Vero Beach, Florida facility since August 2023…read more This facility prescribed skin medications to treat plaque psoriasis four times per year. However, beginning January 2026 the facility became totally unresponsive issuing new prescriptions. I saw my provider and had the required annual lab tests in January 2026, but it still took over two weeks for Water's Edge to issue a new prescription. I was due my second quarter medication in April 2026 and in early April 2026 I began contacting Water's Edge Dermatology requesting a new prescription. For the January prescription I was supposed to have two refills; however, Water's Edge only issued a single prescription with no refills for April and July 2026. I have made four phone calls and sent five text message in the last 10 days requesting the prescription. All phone calls go only to voicemail and no calls were responded. Water' Edge Dermatology has abandoned me as a patient without notice and is refusing to refill the medication they have prescribed for three years. Water's Edge also refuses to answere my phone calls and refuses to respond to my voicemail messages.

I make a yearly apt. with her for a check up and when I get there it is switched to the PA. I told them the last time and today when I make an apt. a year out with a doctor I want to see a doctor because that is what they are charging for the visti. The office manager told me the switch was on my confirmation email and I pulled up the email and it was not. I guess they have enough new patients they do not need the ones who have been there from the begining. Beware that they have a new policy the office manager told me and they want all the staff to see you so when you make an appoitment with one doctor you will probaply not get them.
