When I calmly expressed that I wasn't comfortable with her being loud, she responded by saying, "I can get louder," which I found inappropriate and unprofessional. I understand that healthcare providers work in high-stress environments, but professionalism and respectful communication are essential--especially when patients are discussing sensitive health concerns. The tone of the appointment made me uncomfortable and discouraged from asking further questions about my care.

From the very first visit, Dr. Thiruppathi was calm, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Im 42 years old, Stage IV Endometriosis, and I hadn't had surgery in over a decade, but he took the time to explain my condition, lay out my options, and guide me through the best approach to starting a family. What stood out most was his calming bedside manner -- I trusted him immediately. Every question I had was answered with patience and clarity, and I always felt like I was in capable hands. Haley, is truly a gift. She was informative, approachable, and kept me grounded through each step -- especially during the embryo transfer when I was nervous. Her calm guidance helped me process everything and made a huge difference. Elizabeth was also a vital part of my journey. Always just a phone call away, she made sure I had answers and support whenever I needed it. Her hug and kind words during my last visit meant so very much to me. In a time when healthcare often feels rushed or impersonal, this team was a breath of fresh air. They never missed a beat and delivered care that was both technically excellent and deeply compassionate. Everyone's journey is different, but I highly recommend this practice. Our initial consultation with Dr. T was nothing like we had ever experienced in our 4 years in the infertility system already. He took over 2.5 hours with us to answer all of our questions, explain everything in multiple different ways, show us how all the procedures worked and explain the potential timeline in great detail to us. He also took his time to reach out to labs and additional support in Nashville, TN (where we live) in order to make sure that while we were at home and not close to him - we would have support as needed throughout the process. We obviously signed on and started our process with him for IVF, having already been through numerous rounds of failed IUIs. Not only did his clinic clearly communicate with my husband and I at all times, they also went out of their way more than once when my flight was delayed to keep their office open later in order to accommodate me being from out of town. We would walk in the door and all the staff knew my name and that I was the client from Nashville. As it was my first time going through IVF - I had questions galore throughout the whole process and those never went unheard or unanswered in a timely manner by his staff. My husband and I were more than impressed with our whole experience with this clinic and have nothing but great things to say - to the point that we've encouraged multiple friends to also seek him out in lieu of doctors closer to home because of all the points made above. We had a successful treatment with him and will be having our first child after 5+ years of trying within the next two months thanks to Dr. T and his staff at CCREI.

10/10/2017 I had a…read moreterrible experience on my initial and only visit with Jack H Blalock, Jr., today (October 10, 2017). After a reasonable wait time, I was called back into the exam room area, where my BP and pulse was taken by the nurse. She then handed me a paper robe and stated that I needed to undress down to my panties. I was instructed to take off my blouse, bra, pants and shoes. I asked her why I was being instructed to undress, and I her response was, "this is just the way he does his exams". I asked exactly what the exam detailed and why he couldn't perform it with my clothes on. The nurse stated, "he needs to be able to listen to your heart". Anyone with a brain knows that a heart can be listened to through a very thin blouse! It is of note, that I was not advised prior to my appointment that I would be expected to disrobe, down to only my panties. If I had been, I would have never gone in the first place. I already have a gynecologist, and he is the only man, besides my husband, that sees me without my clothes on! I was there for a potential pituitary tumor! No amount of undressing can diagnose a pituitary tumor! Diagnosis of a pituitary tumor starts basically with an MRI and labs. Luckily, my husband was with me, and witnessed the entire thing. After telling the nurse that I felt uncomfortable stripping down to nothing, she proceeded to exit the exam room to advise Jack H Blalock, Jr., that I felt uncomfortable with fully undressing. The nurse returned after about 30 seconds and told me that Jack H Blalock, Jr., said "if she doesn't undress, she cannot be a patient here". My husband and I left the office. I am contemplating sending Jack H Blalock, Jr., a bill for my time, my husbands time, gas and a day wasted! We drove from Manchester, GA., to see Jack H Blalock Jr. My husband took a whole day off work to come with me. I would not recommend anyone go see this man! My husband and I both agree that it was a very creepy demand that Jack H Blalock, Jr., made in reference to me having to disrobe or suffer the consequences and leave without being seen. Jack H Blalock, Jr., showed me no compassion nor pleasantry during my time in his office. I wish I could give negative stars.

I called the Columbus Research & Wellness Institute (CRWI) which is the company Dr Theresa Harris…read moreclaims to have started and leads today. (She also owns LaehShea.com) She was not in but the receptionist took my info and gave me a new email theresaharris10@hotmail..... What kind of lead scientist business owner email is that?! More hoax?! I then called American Shea Butter Institute. They said LaehShea product does not comply with their standards to carry the ASBI Certified Logo on their products! The gentleman told me to return any shea butter product purchased from LaehShea! I then began calling the 4 health associations whose logos are on the CRWI website. Good grief. Not only is LaehShea unethical but so it Columbus Research &Wellness! I called National Board of Colon Hydrotherapy whose logo is used. The gentleman said CRWI is not on their list. He said his association will now send a cease & desist to CRWI. They are unethical and abusing a reputable logo! I called the Association of Clinical Research Professionals. The lady I spoke with was unconcerned as to who was using their logo. She said "clinical trial season was coming up so lots of people are using our logo". What?! That's ridiculous! Does this mean this is a bogus association? I'm a bit confused with this one. She did tell me to send my question to office@acrpnet.org. And I will. I called American Holistic Health Association. I left a message and waiting for call back. Nonetheless, I'm now calling PayPal and registering a complaint against LaehShea.com and Dr Theresa Harris.
