I tried this practice a year ago but they could not figure out my insurance, and respond to me in a…read moretimely manner (months). I broke a tooth and my regular dentist referred me to this practice after another dental surgeon was unavailable. This practice did take me as an emergency case, so I was patient. But after the dental surgeon came he wanted to know why I didn't get my tooth fixed at their practice last year, and whether or not I was going to get this tooth replaced by them. Keep in mind that I'm in pain, I've been waiting 2 hours to be seen, and I can't think past the pain. The dental surgeon is complaining to me about how he makes accommodations for other dentists but they don't do the same for him. I'm confused and still in pain. Now I'm getting irritated. The dental surgeon left me in the room and went to take care of another patient, an assistant stopped in to see if I was numb, I told him I've been sitting here for 2 hrs. Shortly thereafter the dentist came in a numbed my gums and the top palate of my mouth, then he left again. 20 minutes later he returned again and asked if I was ready. He left me sitting up in the chair (no reclining) and attempted to push/pull my cracked tooth out. There was no care or tenderness used while trying to extract my tooth. He pushed on my face, scraped my palate, and aggressively worked to pull my tooth out. As soon as he was finished he walked right out of the room. His assistant stayed with me and was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind while explaining to me how to care for the whole in my gums. I went to pay my bill and the billing administrator said she wasn't going to charge me. I asked why, she reluctantly shared with me that I had over $330 in a credit sitting on their books since my appointment in 2022, and that it will take a month or two to receive the credit mailed to my home. The support staff is amazing, the dental surgeon that worked on me... I won't be back. The wait time, the dentist's behavior, and the lack of tenderness & care while extracting my tooth was professionally unacceptable.

THEY WITHDREW FROM MEDICAL INSURANCE…read more I've gone there for a few oral surgeries, and they weren't covered by my dental, but instead by my medical. I showed up there today in person, and the front desk lady, a nice 50-60yo woman in glasses, told me that the office visit for lesions on my tongue would cost $225 out of pocket and pathology wouldn't be covered because it's medical. Well gee, I've had thousands of dollars of surgeries done there in the past that hit my medical insurance instead of my dental insurance. Seems like they stopped caring about the finances of their patients, and started only caring about their own finances.

They had…read morediscovered some cavities and couldn't see me same day to rectify the issues, so I had my clutch Korean mama to call around and Dr. Lim was super gracious to accommodate me that day. It was during this initial visit that Dr. Lim advised me that one of my teeth was doomed for a root canal, so advised me to get it done before the inevitable excruciating pain came along. Flashforward two weeks and I had my root canal yesterday with Dr. Lim. For those who are looking for a solid dentist who can do some super root canals, I would highly recommend Dr. Lim. I have only seen her twice thus far but I have been impressed by her patience and dedication to her craft. I go in next week for my crown and will update as the weeks and months pass to share the lasting effects of her work. So far, I am appreciative and can only share compliments. Her current staff have also been super gracious so far. It's an A+ for me for now.

Sadly greedy dentists that overcharge their customers to earn a bigger paycheck still linger around…read morethese parts. It's a great service that Yelp provides for real people (and not the dentist, or their secretary inputting fake reviews) to provide their input. Came in for routine cleaning and Lim tried to make up issues that never existed a month ago (I do monthly check ups prior to moving to this area), requesting I perform a root canal (even though I never had any issues with that tooth) in addition to what looks to be a $600 "pre-dental procedure"; what is that? A procedure before I get in the dentist office? Usually I just ignore scammers like these since I have already caught them, and I know where they stand. However it's horrible dentists like Lim, milking people for useless procedures that give actual good dentists a bad name. Dont be fooled by the fake reviews from Dr. Lim and her staff. Find another, more ethical dentist.

I've only gone here because of the great service that I've had during cleanings. Other than that service here has gotten really poor. The front staff is extremely rude to my family lately and snotty, except for Sandy she is always professional and nice. I gave up going here because the hours of service are crazy. The latest appointment you can get is 1pm on a weekday. Who can even get off work that early???? In all the years I've gone here, that is the latest appointment I've ever had was at 1pm. The weekend appointments are always filled up, and they only open one weekend in a month. They apparently don't care as much about their customers anymore. The Doctor comes and checks your teeth for a quick 5 minutes and that's about all the services they offer. Every time I come there's always a long wait as well, because they overbook too.

Almost like they are from employees or the business itself which is shady. Also every new one talks about staff which is why I decided to write this review to explain my 1 rating. A few weeks ago I took my daughter and son to Dr Le office, as we try to do twice a year. While there they mentioned my son had a cavity on his baby teeth and my daughter was "Good". A week later they called my wife and said my daughter had 5 cavities that needed to be taken care of immediately. When I heard this, I called my daughter to confirm what she heard, and we both remembered them saying she was "Good". So I called to asked a simple clarification about my daughters checkup and was continually talked to unprofessionally. They kept interrupting me and saying "that is what is in the file, sir", and when I kept saying that's not we heard the Dr say, they just dismissed it, and repeated the same thing over and over, to the point that as soon as I started to say something they interrupted me and said it again without even hearing me out. I asked them to please stop taking over me when I'm asking questions, and then they put me on speakerphone so the entire front office could hear because it was so difficult that I was just trying to get clarification. They never even once considered that the customer might actually be right, until after I explained what happened. After about a 2 minute explanation they offered a "free" follow up exam to resolve their mistake, but didn't even say sorry for the misunderstanding. They did not once even consider looking at it from the customer perspective, almost like they didn't even care or that spending 30 secs talking to a patient/customer was to much of an effort/annoyance for their busy day. When we came back for a follow up exam staff wouldn't even say hello or even a simple professional "Good Morning", nothing. After we signed in they wouldn't even acknowledge we were in the room. My, daughter said she was extremely uncomfortable and asked if we could leave, but I decided to stay and resolve the misunderstanding, which was not our fault from the beginning, as we where told everything was "Good" a few weeks ago. When my daughter went back to the room, the dentist politely asked if I wanted to attend, and the front office staff yelled, "He must go!!" Basically demanding unprofessionally again with out politely asking if I could attend to make sure everything was ok. The Dr was very nice during the appointment and assistants where great. BUT then we went back to the front office staff again.... the Dr assistant handed the paperwork to the front office they grabbed it and said, "Did you tell HIM!!!" without even looking in my direction, like this was all my fault. They then walked away and sat down without looking at me or saying anything, and started typing something, when I asked a question what's going on they said "Calculating how much you owe us", like I'm suppose to read their mind about what's going on. My daughter felt extremely uncomfortable again so I took her outside and then came back in to pay. When I went back in I was charged for 5 cavities even though the Dr clearly stated they were not actually cavities yet, which I think is actually insurance fraud, but whatever, I didn't want to argue anymore so I just paid. When I was done I said "Goodbye" and was not even acknowledged, replied to or even gestured again, which is extremely unprofessional and rude, now pretty much a standard. Is it really to much to ask for a business, at a minimum, to be professional, respectful and to show they actually care about their customers. I don't think that is asking for too much. Overall if someone would actually apologize and be polite then this would be a 4 or 5 dentist office. The only reason I'm planning on going back is because of the Dr. Le. HE IS GREAT!!!
