When I spoke to Customer Service a week went by, I called again. Nothing. Finally after calling a 3rd time some person got in telling me you can't get a cheeseburger for a burger price & that it was a "penny any" job... I'm assuming that was an insult of some kind. If you need seal coating, you'll probably be ok, however any larger projects find a company that stands behind its workmanship.

The whole process from the beginning to the end with all parties involved including the insurance carrier (USAA) emergency team (Allen Restorations), repair team / Service Providers: Joe [Manager], Dustin, Brad, Reed, Alex and Jack; (Koser Construction / Service providers: Ryan and Nick) and carpet cleaners (Allwein's / Service provider: Doug) went well. The Allen Restorations project manager, Brin, did a great job coordinating everything in a timely manner. Our 4-star (rather than a 5-star) was based upon not receiving a paid in full (or zero balance) receipt once our full payment was made. As a result, we had to contact Brin, the project manager, to obtain our zero-balance payment invoice. Would recommend customers receive this item in a timelier manner to successfully close the loop.

Once I producec the copy of paid check, the story changed again and now it's 500 for charges. I urge everybody especially Senior citizens like myself to avoid this company who must be financially struggling that they are going after past customers and threatening them with ruining their credit unless they give into their demand. My driveway looks like it has just been repaved! I had it repaved approx 5 years ago and it was getting grayed out looking. The sealer makes it look new. I had been thinking about getting it done to protect it from cracking(we had some cracking on the edges. TM trimmed grass back from edge,put rubber like strip down entire edge to stop from cracking, cut everything in by hand, then sprayed sealer on. There was no overspray or oil/tar on deck,shed, anything. It was a perfect job at a reasonable price! Very professional/hardworking guys. So glad they stopped and asked if I would like an estimate.
