I live in a very well to do neighborhood and unfortunately, these guys will look up house values and charge accordingly so while some neighborhoods will get $10k decks, not mine. If I was living in DC suburbs then they'd charge us $50k for the deck. I got the PVC Aztek material with metal posts. The guys did the job in 2 days. I was worried when I saw scuffs on my new deck the day after install, but Luke came to buff them out. With Aztek, you have to be very careful about scratching the deck with furniture so I've yet to put anything on my deck! We rarely eat out there anyways. We're not outdoorsy people.

His quote was not only the best price, but he explained the process. He was the only person who offered to remove the fence and return it and not require me to do it. Not only were his crews friendly, professional and knowledgeable they made sure to let us know each morning they were at our house. They completely cleaned up the mess after and left it looking like they were never here. A few days after the project was complete we smelt a solvent in our house. Not know if it could be related (which it was not) we called Mike. He quickly came over and tried to help us find the source. Finally I was expecting those unforeseen costs but there were none!
