We give Littmen's a big thumbs up!…read more After purchasing our home last year, it was time to update all the outdated lighting.  I thought it would be an easy process to just order online. Nope!  The more I looked the harder it became because I wasn't sure of fixture sizes to buy for our spaces. Our electrician suggested we go to Littmen Bros. Interiors. What a great suggestion!! From the moment we walked in the door we were so excited to see all the beautiful fixtures in person. We met and worked with Lisa who is outstanding. We showed Lisa pictures of all our existing fixtures  and provided room measurements to give her an idea  of the scale.   She said this will be fun! She gave us ideas on sizes to consider. Everything I liked initially was way to small.  Lisa was fantastic making sure we ordered the perfect size for each space. We purchased 5 fixtures: A foyer 12 drop amazing fixture, 2 lights for the cat walk which are gorgeous and look fantastic with the foyer lighting, a beautiful hand made crystal candelabra chandelier for the dinning room and a large two tone  round fixture for the laundry room. We couldn't be happier with our purchase! We are so grateful we found Lisa because she made the process fun and easy.  Our house looks fabulous!! We highly recommend Lisa and Littmen Bros. Interiors.

One of the ladies (sorry I didn't get her name!) was extremely helpful helping me pick out a light for our tiny condo kitchen reno; I explained what I wanted and after looking at their wall displays she offered to get me a binder of other options they'd be happy to order for me. I wound up selecting something they had on display, and she was kind enough to ask one of the guys to take down the display model for me since I didn't want to wait for one to be shipped. This is a great time of year for renovations, since they had a sale going--I was given 25% of the cost of my lighting figure!

We spent an hour between looking at all the choices and consulting with Maria Walker. She listened intently to what we wanted and shared several options and ruled out others. Wedding Review. We…read morerecently used MDM Entertainment for hung bistro lights in our wedding reception space at Walden Chicago. We were extremely impressed with the company's professionalism throughout the entire planning process! From the staff who answered our emails to those that hung up the lights the day of, everyone was extremely helpful and assisted in making our special day run smoothly. We got married on a Friday and had the option to split the cost of the lighting package with the couple getting married on the following day-this was a great alternative that the company offered us! If you are looking to add some extra flare to your event space (especially those brides/grooms getting married in a loft/industrial space!), we would highly recommend looking into MDM Entertainment!

I followed up and was told I would receive the proposal by the end of the day, but I never heard back. I reached out multiple times over the following two weeks to everyone I had been in contact with and did not receive a single response. This lack of communication was extremely disappointing and felt unprofessional for a service costing $5,000+. I would not feel confident hiring a vendor who communicates this poorly for such an important event.

I found out about Jonathan on Nextdoor when he was recommended by several local residents. I was…read moreimpressed by the pictures and what was said about his team's quality of work and promptness. Jonathan gave us an estimate for the work that we wished to have done, which included re-tiling a bathroom floor and putting up a backsplash in our kitchen, as well as some repairs (patching drywall, finishing a threshold between two rooms, and refinishing a wood bannister) that needed to be done. Once we approved what we thought to be a fair estimate, we paid 30% down and scheduled the work to be done. Jonathan's team kept us informed every step of the way. The team arrived promptly, worked diligently, and completed the work expertly in three consecutive days. I consider myself very picky and I am also protective of our 100 year-old home. I felt this team was very respectful of our home and completed quality work as if they were doing the work on their very own home. I would highly recommend Jonathan and his team for your home repairs and tile work. A shout out to Johnny's wife, Kim, who fielded all phone calls, answered all our questions promptly, and treated us so kindly.
